1. These Regulations maybe cited as the Paradise Pasture
(San Fernando) Regulations.
Interpretation.
2. In these Regulations "the Pasture" means the Paradise
Pasture, San Fernando.
Superintendent
3. The Revenue Officer of the County of Victoria shall be
the Superintendent 01 the Pasture and "Park-Keeper" means any
person employed as such by the Superintendent.

4. If any person within the limits of the Pasture(a) affi xes any notice or advertisement to any
building, wall, fence, post or tree;
(b) bathes in or washes any animal in any trough or
reservoir, or injures any trough, reservoir, water
pipe or cock;
( c) sits upon or damages allY fence , gate or turnstile;
(d) commits any nuisance by depositing any offensive
matter or rubbish;
(e) throws, deposits, or leaves any bottles or glass,
broken or otherwise, or any earthenware or old
iron;
(r) wilfully damages any seat, walk, footpath , cricket
pitch, gol f green, or other specially prepared
recreation ground, registered under these
Regulations;
(g) cuts, trims , uproots, damages or destroys any tree,
shrub or plant;
(It) Jigs any earth, cuts any glass or reruoves any uuf',
manure or grass without permission from the
Superintendent of the Pasture;
(i) discharges any firearm without the authority of
the Minister;

(j) drives any cart, save with the special leave of the

Superintendent of the Pasture;
wilfully neglects or refuses to obey the lawful
orders of the Superintenden t of the Pasture or any
person authorised by him or of any member of
the Police Service;
rides or drives furiously any animal or vehicle to
the danger of the public ;
sets or lights any fire;
molests, obs tr ucts or annoys any person or
persons engaged m or looking on at any game or
recogn ised sport or pasti me on any ground
registered for that p urpose; or
uses any obscene language, throws any stone or
other missile or otherwise conducts himself in a
disorderly mannerto the annoyance of the public,
such person shall be deemed guilty of an offence and is liable on
summary conviction to a fine of two hundred dollars.
5. Applications by Clubs for permission to use particular sites
for cricket or other form s of recreation mu st be made to the
Superintendent of the Pasture, who will register the application
and allot sites in such localities as may in his discretion be suitable
and convenient.
Applications.
6. No site shall be allotted for a term of more than one year
at anyone time.
