DIARC-Technology has developed novel low friction coatings to improve
efficiency and reliability
DIARC® Miclub
DIARC® Miclub´s high hardness and excellent wear resistance
together with low friction improve the lifetime and the reliability of
machines and components especially under boundary lubricated
conditions. The coating reduces consumption of energy both in
lubricated and dry operation.
DIARC® Drylub
DIARC® Drylub has been developed for conditions when lubricants
do not work or they can not be used. The coating posesses low
friction even under dry and at high temperature conditions. DIARC®
Drylub efficiently prevents seizure and wear of components.
DIARC® FCAPAD Method
DIARC-Technology has developed a unique DIARC®
FCAPAD filtered cathodic arc plasma accelerator
deposition method to produce the coatings with
extremely high hardness and wear resistance.
FCAPAD is also enviromentally friendly vacuum
coating process that saves energy and raw materials.
The coatings are only a few micrometers of thickness
to reach their performance. They can be applied on
high precision components without a need for
dimensional changes.
The low friction of the coatings secure reliable
operation even under boundary lubricated conditions.
Low Temperature Process
DIARC® FCAPAD process is applicable for all even
heat sensitive materials due to low deposition
temperature (< 100 ºC).
