measurements have to be performed
 «Equipment Traceability form» must
be filled in and taped on every
material/equipment and deposited in
the appropriate area.

Activities
Risk Assessment
 Follow up of activities via IMPACTs and OPM meeting presentation with a stronger
supervision for activities with:
-> Work at height
-> Close to the beam pipe
-> Fire permit
 Gradual implementation of new format of PPSPS towards Risk Assessment
- focus more on safety aspects
- avoid redundancy with information mentioned in IMPACT
Ex: Raphael activity (example), Micromega (TS2), Survey activities

Evacuation Exercices
 Review of the evacuation paths in UX15
 Panels indicating assembly point at SY (batching)
 Review of the Emergency situation procedure – Emergency Status page
 Preparation meetings with different CERN services involved in the exercise
 Will provide general emergency instructions during one of the OPM meetings
 Organize the training of Emergency guides: 2 sessions – French and English
Currently – 5 Emergency guides at ATLAS

 Continue training for Fire-Brigade
 Preparation of the Operation plan for Fire-Brigade interventions
 Understand the functioning of the medium expansion foam system
 Discussion with TE-CRG to identify possible emergency scenarios
 Improve the identification of steps and angles in UX15
 Change the SRM boxes from plastic to aluminum
