Grades 1-5: 9am-12 pm Grades 6-8 1 pm- 4 pm
(WHS Youth Basketball Camp is Mon-Wed same week)
The football coaches of Watauga High School are excited to offer the youth of our community
the opportunity to learn the basic fundamentals required to participate in the game of football. This
two day camp is designed to provide each individual participant a solid foundation of basic football
fundamentals necessary to participate successfully at our youth football levels. This is a non-contact
camp! The camp will be hosted by Watauga High School Head Football Coach Ryan Habich, his staff,
middle school staff and current Pioneer football players. Please return the form with payment to:

Information: Camp is open to all students who will be in grades 1-8 in the 2017-18 school year. Cost of the
camp is $45. (Campers who register before June 1st will be guaranteed correct t-shirt size on first day of
camp). Walk-ups are welcome if you are not sure of your summer plans. (Please make checks payable to
Watauga High School). Camp for grades first through fifth will be daily from 9am-12:00pm. Camp for
grades sixth through eighth will be daily from 1:00-4:00pm. Participants will need athletic clothing (shorts,
t-shirt, etc.) and either molded rubber cleats or tennis shoes. Sunscreen is also recommended and you are
welcome to bring your own water or sports drinks. Campers will receive a t-shirt for participating in the 2016
Future Pioneer’s football camp. Please note your child’s t-shirt size as ADULT OR YOUTH. Please refer all

Waiver: My son/daughter has permission to attend the Watauga High Youth Football Camp. In the event of illness or
injury, I hereby give my consent for medical treatment. I will be responsible for any medical or other charges in
connection with my child’s attendance at the camp. I waive and release my rights, claims and damages against Watauga
High School and its representatives for any damages which may be sustained by child’s participation in the “Future
Pioneers” Football Camp. Please list any restrictions that your son may have in their camp participation.
