Adapta Flex combines flat/sloped shelving with baskets
and plastic drawers/shelf bins to allow customization of
supply carts to meet specific product storage requirements.

CARI-FLEX SHELVING SYSTEM
The flexibility of the Cari-Flex system allows for a variety of
products and storage configurations. Flat and sloped shelves, baskets
and numerous accessories are available. Changes in the product
configuration are done easily and quickly as they require no tools.
Units are available in a stationary configuration or with casters.
See pages 40 to 44.

TUBULAR EXCHANGE CART SYSTEM
Cari-All traditional supply carts built with 11⁄4” (31.7mm)
round steel tubing offer durability combined with high capacity.
The drawers are dividable in 1” (25mm) increments to accomodate
small supplies and the shelves are hand adjustable to hold any large
items. Carts move quietly on 6” (152mm) neoprene casters.

SECURITY UNITS AND CARTS
Security units are an ideal method for storing and transporting valuable material.
The open wire construction 2’’x2’’ (508x508mm) allows for visibility into the unit
so items can be checked any time.
Casters may be added to a security unit in order to provide a mobile unit.
For mobile heavy-duty transport applications, a dolly base and 6’’ (1524mm)
casters are available.
When determining the desired number of shelves,
include one top and one bottom shelf.
Example: SEC484F has four shelves.
Three are usable for storage and the fourth is the top of the unit.

The Adapta Plus Seismic Shelving System is approved by the California Office of
Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD). These products have been
specifically designed and tested to ensure maximum strength and stability during
earthquakes. Storage units are equipped with foot plates that are bolted to the
floor and steel sway braces on sides and backs. Upper and lower anti-tip devices

TERMS
AND
CONDITIONS
ACCEPTANCE
All orders are subject to acceptance of terms and conditions of sale, regardless of the form in which submitted.
All orders are subject to price prevailing at date of shipment and are quoted ex-works Cari-All plant.
Custom manufactured or special order products may be subject to a deposit at time of order.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
To avoid duplication of order, the word “CONFIRMATION” should appear on all documents which are sent to confirm
orders already placed by telephone, fax or any other way.
PAYMENT TERMS
Minimum order $250.00. Terms are Net 30 days, ex-works shipping plant (subject to credit approval). Freight, taxes
and handling charges are not subject to discount. An annual service charge of 18% will be assessed on past due
accounts.
SHIPMENTS
Shipments will be made ex-works Cari-All plant. If goods are damaged when received, buyer must declare such
damages at time of receipt of merchandise, directly on the shipping documents and claim must be filed immediately
with the transport company, copy to original point of sale. If after receipt of merchandise, concealed damage is discovered, buyer must immediately notify the delivering carrier requesting an inspection. This inspection report should
be used to support buyer‘s claim against the carrier. Any claim for damage or shortage must be filed by buyer with the
delivering carrier, copy to original point of sale. Unless a preferred routing is specified at the time of order, shipment
will be made the best way, transportation prepaid and added to invoice.
For COLLECT shipments, buyer will be fully responsible for all damages and claims.
RETURN POLICY
1- All returns must be authorized by original sales point.
2- Each request must include the following information :
A - Customer name and address.
B - Our invoice number.
C - Our invoice date.
D - Customer P.O. number.
E - Quantity, catalogue number and description of item.
F - Reason for return.
3- Upon receipt of your request, a return authorization number will be issued by us and this must be clearly
referenced with your return of the new, unused merchandise.
4- The return shipment must be coordinated with our Customer Service representative, who will advise the proper
mode of transport for the return.
5- All returned goods may be subject to a minimum 20% handling charge based on state, condition of goods and
reason for return.
6- Returns must be shipped prepaid and returned within 10 days after receipt of original shipment.
Returns will not be authorized for the following:
1 - Items purchased on a ”special order” basis (unless original vendor will accept the return).
2 - Items that are custom manufactured.
3 - Goods damaged or bent and without original packaging/shipping documents.
SPECIFICATIONS
All dimensions and shipping weight are approximate.
CARI-ALL INC. reserves the right to change specifications or substitute products of equal specifications without notice.
CARI-ALL INC. also reserves the right to cease manufacturing or distributing any product without notice.
Manufacturer’s specifications and prices are subject to change without notice.
MERCHANDISE WILL REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF CARI-ALL INC. UNTIL COMPLETE AND FINAL PAYMENT
IS RECEIVED.
FREIGHT CLASSIFICATION
NOIBN (KD Flat) Rating 70 for shelving or collapsible units unless otherwise specified.
WARRANTY STATEMENT
Cari-All Inc. products are warranted to be free from defective material and workmanship under normal use and
service for a period of one year from date of original invoice to the customer. During this period, Cari-All Inc., will
repair or replace (at its option) without charge, ex-works plant of manufacture, the equipment or any part thereof which
factory inspection discloses to be defective. Shipments of defective material for repair must be sent prepaid.
Cari-All Inc.’s Tech-Seal® finish is warranted against rust for a period of ten years from date of original invoice to the
customer. This warranty supercedes any other warranties implied or expressed.
