As we continue our growth and changes with the merchandise that we manufacture,
we must also make changes in order to serve you more proficiently. Following are our
Terms and Policies that we ask you to read.
TERMS: Our terms are 2% 10 - Net 30 to approved dealers. This means that you can take a 2%
Discount if paid within 10 days. If you do not pay in that 10 day time, the complete balance is due in 30 days.
Do not include the shipping when taking the 2% Discount.
First time orders will be shipped C.O.D., Certified Check or Credit Card unless other arrangements are
made with the Credit Manager.
We accept

MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
$10.00 SERVICE CHARGE will be added to all orders under $50.00.
There will be a
$25.00 SERVICE CHARGE ON RETURNED CHECKS.
We will not ship any orders to accounts with a PAST DUE BALANCE of 30 days or more.
An account TURNED OVER FOR COLLECTION will be liable for all collection fees and court costs that
are involved in settling the account.

No RETURNS will be accepted unless you phone and request a return authorization. Tory will
not accept any returned items that are special or custom orders unless defective.
A 10% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged on any returned, undamaged merchandise.
ALL SILVER TRIM PIECES are considered to be Special Orders and will be subject to a
20% RESTOCKING FEE.

TORY’S CONGRESS STYLE SHOW HALTERS
A Congress Style Halter has cheeks and a nose that taper at each end. This
gives more area of silver but it also gives a more rounded effect to the jowl and
nose which fits well with the shape of the horse’s face and doesn’t tend to make
the head look longer as the straight cheek can.
Most of the silver manufacturers do make this style of silver now.

All Halters Have 6 Adjustments
The rolled throat on both styles of halters is part of the adjustment as it can be bent more
or straightened to ensure a proper and snug fit of the halter
The halter blanks are part of our ‘TRIM YOUR OWN’ series of English Bridle Leather Straps
that your customer can purchase to use as is or with their own choice of silver. This line consists
of Halters, Headstalls, Reins and Breast Straps.

Our 1” Wide, Straight Cheek Halters have been the mainstay of our
Show Halters for years and are still the favorite of people who like the
traditional look. These halters are available with various styles of
silver but we also sell them as ‘halter blanks’ so your customer can
trim their own halter with silver of their choice.

Tory’s halters will look nice year after year.
We use English Bridle Leather that is vegetable tanned in the U.S.A. and will maintain its
classy look. Most other show halters are made with leather that is dyed and sprayed where
ours is drum dyed in the tanning process and at the same time it is stuffed with oils and
waxes so that it maintains its color and suppleness. None of our leather is sprayed, so to
keep it looking nice we recommend that a leather cleaner - conditioner be used.
Oiling the leather is not recommended.
