Members are entitled to exclusive “MEMBER RATE” of RM120++ per room/night at De Rhu Beach Resort, Kuantan.
Additionally, members are entitled to a Suite Room at RM200++ per room/night. Maximum to 5 room per

The discount privilege will not be honored unless the membership card or certificates being produced upon
check-in.

The Membership Card is non- transferable. The card is NOT VALID FOR BEVERAGES other than for tea AND coffee

promotion (resort’s discretion) nor it is applicable on top of other discount (non-accumulative). Dining benefits are

Credit Card’ Cash Deposit/ Guarantee is required for all bookings for accommodation
Advance booking is required for all accommodation certificates. Confirmed booking is subjected to availability
and resort allotment policy.

Members must show their Membership Card/ certificate upon check-in at the resort to be entitled to their
discount, so the bill can take up the necessary discounts and be calculated accordingly. Failure to do so means
that you will lose all the discounts entitlement.
As a promotional incentive, any client who purchases a total of TEN (10) memberships with a single payment
using Credit Card (strictly in one transaction) will be awarded with the eleventh membership free of charge.
The membership may be in the client’s name or his/ her designated assignee.

MISCELLANEOUS INCENTIVES
Any member who renews his/her membership but has yet being unable to use their complimentary night
certificate from the previous year will be given an extension period of two (2) month from the expiry date of
the certificate (Complimentary Night Certificate only).

Membership packages which are not received within 7 weeks of the packages being issued must be reported.
A copy of police report must also be forwarded to De Rhu Beach Resort Membership Office. Certificates which
are reported lost or stolen will not be replaced.
The membership is NON-REFUNDABLE after confirmation of your purchase by De Rhu authorised department.
Any cancellation of the membership will be charged with a cancellation fee of RM200.00
