FIAMMATRICE CONTINUA PER LASTRE
Macchina automatica ed ampiamente sperimentata presso nostri clienti: tutta
la linea di lavorazione é automatica incluso il carico e scarico delle lastre al
fine di ottenere produzioni di fiammato particolarmente elevate e di qualità
ottimale. Il movimento oscillante del ponte é effettuato tramite motore idraulico
per garantirne il funzionamento continuo. Il ponte porta-cannelli é autobilanciato
e non necessita di regolazioni quando entrano lastre di diverso spessore. La
macchina é dotata di quattro moduli per la fiammatura con una serie di ugelli
disposti a pettine che coprono l'intera larghezza della lastra, quattro centraline
per il controllo della combustione e quadro elettrico composto da più moduli.
L'alimentazione longitudinale delle lastre da lavorare avviene tramite nastro
trasportatore motorizzato con velocità variabile. Tutti i componenti relativi
all'impianto di fiammatura sono costruiti secondo le più attuali normative (Atex)
e idonei dispositivi di sicurezza bloccano l'afflusso di gas e ossigeno in caso di
emergenze quali fughe di gas, spegnimento della fiamma pilota o altro.

CONTINUOUS FLAMING
EQUIPMENT FOR SLABS
This is an automatic machine now widely tried and tested by our customers,
designed for high production volumes. The entire processing line is automatic,
including slab loading and unloading. The slab moves continuously forwards, while
the bridge has an oscillating lateral travel to ensure even action of the multiple
flame with uniform results over the entire slab.These are the key factors that
allow very high production volumes, of excellent quality. The bridge that carries
the torches is also self regulating in height, so that there is no need to stop the
machine for height adjustment even if the slabs are of differing thickness. The
torch system on the machine is made up of four sets of nozzles, covering the
entire slab width, with four flame control units. These can also operate separately
for narrow slabs. The longitudinal slab feed employs a belt with a variable speed
continuous drive. All components of the flame system are built to the most recent
standards and norms (Atex) and include safety systems that block gas and oxygen
flow in the case of an emergency, such as a gas leak, pilot flame off and similar.

EQUIPEMENT POUR LE FLAMMAGE
CONTINU DE PLAQUES
Machine automatique qui a été amplement expérimentée par nos clients: toute la
ligne est automatique y compris le chargement et le déchargement des plaques
pour obtenir productions très élevées de flammage d’un niveau qualitatif optimal. Le
mouvement flottant du pont est réalisé grâce à un moteur hydraulique qui assure le
fonctionnement de façon continue. Le pont sur lequel son placés les chalumeaux
se règle automatiquement: aucun réglage n’est donc nécessaire pour le traitement
en continu de plaques ayant des épaisseurs différentes. La machine est équipée
de quatre modules pour le flammage avec une série de gicleurs qui sont disposés
comme les dents d’un peigne afin de couvrir toute la largeur de la plaque, de
quatre centrales de commande pour le contrôle de la combustion et d’un tableau
électrique composé de plusieurs modules. Le chargement longitudinal des plaques
s’effectue grâce à une bande transporteuse motorisée à vitesse réglable. Tous les
composants de l’installation de flammage sont construits suivant les normes en
vigueur (Atex) et, en cas d’urgence, des dispositifs de sécurité bloquent l’afflux de
gaz et d’oxigène. Ce dispositifs de sécurité s’activent s’il y a des fuites de gaz, en
cas d’extinction de la flamme ou si d’autres inconvénients se prèsentent.

ist automatisch, Be- und Entladung der Platten inbegriffen. Dies ermöglicht eine
hohe Produktion und eine optimale Qualität. Die Schwingbewegung der Brücke
erfolgt mittels Hydraulikmotor, um Kontinuität zu garantieren. Der DüsenhalterBalken ist selbst-ausgleichend und muss daher nicht eingestellt werden bei
Platten unterschiedlicher Dicke. Der Flammteil besteht aus vier FlammierungsModulen, mit einer Serie von kammförmig angeordneten Düsen, die die ganze
Plattenbreite decken und die über vier Verbrennungszentralen und einem
elektrischen Schalttschrank mit diversen Modulen kontrolliert werden. Die
Beladung der zu flammenden Platten erfolgt mittels elektrischem Förderband,
dessen Geschwindigkeit regulierbar ist. Alle Komponenten der Falmmanlage sind
gemäss den letzten Atex Normen konstruiert. Spezielle Sicherheitsdispositive
blockieren den Gas und Sauerstoffzufluss im Emergenzfall, wie z. Bsp. bei
Undichtigkeit, bei Erlischen der Zündflamme, usw.

WATERSTORM-MASTER
I
Abbiamo chiamato 'WATERSTORM-MASTER' l'insieme delle
apparecchiature necessarie per eseguire un nuovo tipo di lavorazone
rustica delle superfici di graniti, alcuni marmi e pietre naturali e altri
materiali da costruzione. Per eseguire questo trattamento viene
impiegato un getto d'acqua che viene spinto ad alta pressione
contro la superficie corrugandola o scavando delle cavità più o meno
profonde a seconda della struttura e composizione del materiale
stesso. L'intensità del colore naturale e la struttura del materiale
vengono accentuati da questo trattamento. Il sistema viene fornito
completo di tutto quanto necessita per la sua messa in funzione e
per collegare fra di loro i vari componenti. Su richiesta del cliente,
alla macchina può essere applicato un PC-PLC che controlla il
sistema: tutte le funzioni vengono monitorate costantemente con
visualizzazione e diagnostica sullo schermo del PC.
WATERSTORM-MASTER

We have called 'WATERSTORM-MASTER' the range of equipment
needed for this new type of rough-surfacing process for granite,
some types of marbles and natural stones and for other construction
materials. We use a high pressure jet of water that is directed at the
surface under process. The jet produces cavities of variable depth,
detaching the weaker parts of the stone surface: the roughness that
can be obtained depends largely on the structure and composition of
the material itself. The treated surface has a natural rough appearance
and both the colour and the structure of the stone are highlighted by
this operation. The system is supplied complete with all you need to
connect and start the entire plant. On request, the entire plant can be
connected to a PC-PLC control system: all functions are monitored and
both data and diagnostics are visualised on the PC screen.
WATERSTORM-MASTER

Nous avons appelé 'WATERSTORM-MASTER' l'ensemble des appareillages
nécessaires pour effectuer un nouveau type de traitement rustique des
surfaces en granit, de certains marbres, pierres naturelles et d'autres
matériaux de construction. Pour effectuer ce traitement, on utilise un
jet d'eau dirigé à haute pression sur la surface qui résulte scarifiée et
présente des cavités plus ou moins profondes. L'intensité de la couleur
naturelle et la structure des matériaux sont accentuées par ce type
de traitement. Le système est totalement équipé, c'est à dire qu'il est
livré avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour son fonctionnement et pour
connecter entre eux tous ses composants. Sur demande du client, il est
possible d'appliquer à la machine un PLC pour le contrôle du système:
toutes les fonctions sont contrôlées constamment avec affichage et
diagnostique sur l'écran de l'ordinateur.
WATERSTORM-MASTER

Wir haben mit 'WATERSTORM-MASTER' jene Zusammensetzung von
Maschinen und Vorrichtungen benannt, welche die Oberflaechen
von Granit, einigen Marmorsorten, allgemein Naturstein und andere
Baumaterialien durch diese neuartige Methode der Wasserstrahlung
rustikal bearbeitet. Der Wasserstrahl wird dabei unter hohem
Druck auf die zu behandelnde Oberflaeche gespritzt, wobei das
Material mehr oder weniger ausgehoehlt wird, je nach Festigkeit:
der Rauhigkeitsgrad haengt von der Materialzusammensetzung
und seiner Struktur ab. Die bearbeitete Oberflaeche behaelt die
ursprungliche Intensitaet und die natuerliche Farbtoenung und
Struktur des Materials. Das System wird komplett geliefert mit all
dem noetigen Geraet um korrekt zu arbeiten und um die einzelnen
Maschinenkomponenten miteinender zu verbinden. Auf Wunch kann
die Maschine auch mit einem PL-PLC geliefert werden, welcher alle
Funktionen des Systems konstant unter Kontrolle haelt und auf dem
Bildschirm des PC, zusammen mit Diagnoseangaben wiedergibt.
WATERSTORM-MASTER
Hemos denominado “WATERSTORM-MASTER” el conjunto de los
equipos necesarios para realizar un nuevo tipo de elaboración
rústica de las superficies de granito, de algunos mármoles y piedras
naturales y de otros materiales de construcción. Para realizar este
tratamiento se emplea un chorro de agua que se inyecta a alta
presión sobre la superficie, corrugándola o formando cráteres más
o meno profundos, en función de la estructura y la composición
del material mismo. Este tratamiento resalta la intensidad del color
natural y la estructura del material. El sistema se suministra completo
con todo lo necesario para la puesta en función y para conectar los
distintos componentes. A petición del cliente, a esta máquina se
puede acoplar un PC-PLC que controla el sistema; de esta forma,
todas las funciones quedarán monitoreadas constantemente, con la
visualización y diagnóstico en la pantalla del PC.

used for walling in prefabricated concrete industrial buildings, with a terrazzo type surface
(containing stone chips). The machine can be supplied with any level of automation according
to needs: for single or multiple panels and for panels with doors and windows, and for a
number of different surface processes. The machine consists of a moving bridge which
travels on tracks over the length of the stationary panel laid flat on a fixed or tilting bench,
this placed between the machine tracks. The bridge has a carriage that travels across the
panel, carrying the two honing and/or bush-hammering heads; all movements are driven by
a control panel with a PLC. The honing heads have a compressed air levelling system to
control the working pressure on the panel and to lift the heads as necessary. The heads
have Frankfurt fittings for polishing shoes or brushes, and can also carry rotary bush-hammer
plates. Traditional bush-hammer heads each with five hammers can also be used, in addition
to the rotary systems.

Cette machine est disponible en plusieurs versions: elle peut être équipée d'un système
automatique ou semi-automatique pour le traitement de panneaux de grandes dimensions
ou de deux panneaux accolés de dimensions inférieures ; de panneaux parfaitement plats
avec une épaisseur uniforme, de panneaux avec fenêtres ou avec d'autres types d'espaces
"vides". Le pont de la machine se déplace sur des rails qui sont fixées par terre tandis que
le panneau qui doit être traité reste en position fixe et horizontale sur le banc qui est placé
entre les rails. Le chariot sur lequel sont placées les têtes de polissage ou de bouchardage
se déplace sur la traverse du pont et il est contrôlé par un système électromécanique
programmable. La machine est équipée de deux têtes de polissage avec suspension
pneumatique à nivelage automatique. Les têtes peuvent être équipées avec un plat porteabrasifs de type Frankfurt pour obtenir différents niveaux de polissage/adoucissement, avec
des plats tournantes avec molettes pour griffer/boucharder à l'aide de pointes métalliques
ou avec des brosses de différents types. Il est aussi possible d'équiper la machine avec une
ou deux têtes avec cinq marteaux pour obtenir différents type de bouchardage.

anderem. Die Maschinenbrücke ist auf Schienen verfahrbar, die auf dem Boden befestigt
sind, während die Werkstücke horizontal auf der Arbeitsbank, zwischen den Schienen
liegen. Der Schlitten, auf dem die Stock- bzw. Schleifköpfe montiert sind, bewegt sich auf
dem Querbalken der Brücke und wird von einem programmierbaren elektromechanischen
Dispostiv kontrolliert. Die Maschine ist mit zwei selbst-nivellierenden Schleifköpfen
ausgerüstet (honing heads), mit pneumatischer Aufhängung. Besagte Köpfe können mit
Scheiben bestückt werden für Abrasive mit Frankfurt-Schuh, fur unterschiedliche Polituren.
Es können Scheiben mit Rollen mit Metallspitzen zum Schrammen/Stocken montiert werden
sowie Bürsten verschiedener Art. Es können eine oder zwei Köpfe installiert werden mit je
fünf Hämmern, um verschiedene Arten von Stockung zu erzeugen.

MÁQUINA ABUJARDADORA Y PULIDORA (HONING), automática y patentada, para el tratamiento
superficial de paneles prefabricados de hormigón con granalla de piedra natural en el interior.
Se pueden suministrar máquinas de distintos tipos: dotadas con sistema automático o
semiautomático para paneles de grandes dimensiones, o bien para elaborar dos paneles de
dimensiones inferiores, colocados uno al lado de otro; paneles perfectamente planos y de
espesor uniforme; paneles con ventanas o otros tipos de “huecos”. El puente de la máquina
se desplaza sobre raíles fijados en el suelo, mientras el panel se mantiene en posición fija
y horizontal sobre el banco colocado en el interior de los raíles, durante la elaboración. El
carro porta-cabezas para pulir o abujardar desliza sobre el larguero del puente, controlado
por medio de un sistema electromecánico programable. Esta máquina cuenta con dos
cabezas para pulir (honing heads), con suspensión pneumática autonivelante. Las cabezas
se pueden equipar con un plato porta-abrasivos tipo Frankfurt, para conseguir distintos
grados de apomazado/pulido, con platos giratorios dotados de rodillos con puntas de metal
para rallado/abujardado, con cepillos de distintos tipos. Se pueden montar bien uno o dos
cabezas con cinco martillos, para obtener distintos tipos de abujardado.

di pannelli prefabbricati in cemento con graniglia in pietra naturale all'interno. Si possono
fornire macchine di vario tipo: dotate di sistema automatico o semi-automatico per lavorare
pannelli di grandi dimensioni o due pannelli affiancati di dimensioni inferiori; pannelli
perfettamente piatti e di spessore uniforme, pannelli con finestre o altri tipi di 'vuoti'. Il ponte
della macchina trasla su rotaie fissate a terra mentre il pannello rimane in posizione fissa
ed orizzontale su banco collocato all'interno delle rotaie durante la lavorazione. Il carro porta
teste di levigatura o bocciardatura scorre sulla traversa del ponte controllato da sistema
elettromeccanico programmabile. La macchina é dotata di due teste levigatrici (honing heads)
con sospensione pneumatica autolivellante. Le teste possono essere attrezzate con piatto
porta abrasivi tipo Frankfurt per ottenere diversi livelli di levigatura/lucidatura, piatti rotanti
con rullini graffiatori/bocciardatori con punte metalliche, spazzole di vario tipo. Si possono
montare una o due teste con cinque martelli per ottenere diversi tipi di bocciardatura.
