Before fitting the grub screw (153-110) insert two plastic insert (550-211) Ø 6x5, use grease on the threads, see pic 20. Pic 19. 3. Use grease on the hydraulic cylinder thread, tighten up the thread into the fork, lock it by tighten up the grub screw, see pic 21. Assembly hydraulic cylinder. 1. Fit self-ahering insulator at the inside of the clamp 550-219, see pic 22. 2. Before fitting the two clamps around the hydraulic cylinder mark for rivets by using a piece of track to find the correct distance between clamp and spacer, drill Ø 6,5 mm in spacer, see pic 22. Pic 20. 3. Bend the clamps apart to fit it around the hydraulic cylinder, fasten spacer with rivet (6,4 short), see pic 23. 4. Punch out the mandrel heads. Pic 21. Spacer Tra c k Insulator Pic 22. Pic 23. 5. Make three support (550-225) from a ethafoam block, see pic 24. Use template if available. Pic 24. 6. Divide the supports equal on the hydraulic cylinder and fasten them with grey adhesive tape, Pic 25. 5(7) 595-341-E PHB 2051 2009-04-15 Assembly Hydraulic hose, coupling. 1. Remove the plastic pluggs and fasten the hydraulic hoses, make sure that the hydr. seal washers are fitted. 2. Remove the plastic pluggs and fasten the venting assy, see pic 26. Assembly inboard end. 1. Fit the two links 550-264 to the hydraulic cylinder with pin 166-343, washer 164-046, spirolux 301-526, see pic 29. 2.
