SYNOPSIS
Imagine the flickering glow of over 5,000 artfully carved
jack-o-lanterns depicting people, places and scenes from
popular culture-- all crafted with painstaking detail and
amazing intricacy-- lighting up Louisville’s Iroquois Park for
three straight weeks in October.
Now, imagine your organization helping to bring this great
event back to our community.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Louisville Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular is well on its way
to becoming a favorite annual family event for all generations
throughout the region.
The three-week-long extravaganza will once again be held every
evening from October 8 through November 1, 2015 at Iroquois
Park in Louisville, KY. The park’s natural beauty provides the
perfect setting for over 5,000 artistically carved, illuminated
pumpkins displayed on a gently winding quarter mile trail.
The 2015 Spectacular theme, is titled “All the World is a Stage”.
Every form of entertainment will come alive in Iroquois Park,
including legends, music, novels and stories, Broadway plays,
Oscar Award winning films-classic comedies, action/adventure,
drama, horror/thriller, Sci-Fi, comic books and even childhood cartoons.
To produce this event, the Metro Parks is partnering with Passion for Pumpkins, Inc., a multimedia production
company with 25 years experience in redefining the fall season by transforming any landscape into illuminated
organic galleries. The attendance for the event in 2014 was over 73,000 guests, and the expected
attendance in 2015 will be 90,000 or more and will continue to grow each year thereafter.
Partnership levels range from $1,000 to $50,000 and are outlined in the following pages. The Presenting
Sponsor designation offers title recognition and exclusive branding and marketing opportunities. Platinum,
Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsorship designations offer tiered sponsor recognition, each with opportunities to
effectively reach your target audience.
The Spectacular benefits the Louisville Parks Foundation, which will use the proceeds to build
playgrounds and splash parks in underserved neighborhoods throughout our community.

as in-kind contributions. Partners will be asked to provide an objective assessment of the market value of the contribution.
Those services or products, which provide direct budgetary relief, will be recognized at the full market value provided by the partner.
Payment of Partnership Fees: All partnership levels and fees listed are for the 2015 Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular. The partnership fee is payable upon contract acceptance
by both parties. In kind services in lieu of a cash payment shall be negotiated separately. Partnership fees are paid directly to the Louisville Parks Foundation.
