Is there anything particularly good about your healthcare?

Receptionists very caring and friendly
The Doctor knows who you are and is always ready to listen
Unable to have time off work so evening appointments are invaluable
The Doctor is extremely professional, knowledgable and caring and so are the
receptionists. I feel I am treated as an individual and always receive consistently
good service from all at the practice.
Quite happy with everything
Is there anything that could be improved?
Some of the Doctors to be more approachable and listen
If possible the amount of days you have to wait to see a Doctor needs to be reduced
