Application must be submitted in terms of letter or fax together with the
application form that can be downloaded from MGTO Industry Net website
http://industry.macaotourism.gov.mo ;
Letter or fax should be attention to “Director of Macao Government Tourism
Office (MGTO)” or “Head of Facilities Management Division” indicating event
name, date, time, usage and nature;
Content & Introduction of your event (around 50 words in both English and
Chinese);
Event agenda or timetable.
Target groups Public entities with intention to organize activities.

All applications with respective supporting documents must be duly and
completely submitted to MGTO Tourism Activities Centre at least 7 days prior to
the first day of the event;
2.
Submission of documents does not mean the application has been approved; it
still has to go through a pre-qualification process conducted by MGTO. When the
pre-qualification approval is granted, MGTO will inform the applicant by means of
written notification with detailed support items;
3.
Advance notice must be informed to the Centre if slogan / poster / banner /
backdrop is planned to place at the interior and exterior of the building;
4.
If the activity involves catering, security, cleaning and working staffs etc.,
applicant should be responsible for respective arrangement, management and
cost.
Remarks
Tourism Activities Centre reserves the right to reject,
cancel or revise venue booking under certain circumstances.
