WSC BOARD LIAISON:







Subject Matter Expert- receives regular information about projects from Volunteer
Coordinator,
Project Manager(s), and Project Leaders
Provides information to interested parties about volunteer opportunities, matching
interests to
proper project leaders
Receives feedback from board members, staff, and project managers/leaders. Helps
develop
best practices for the program
Reports to board/Executive Director regularly. Ensures Waycross vision/mission is
maintained.
WSC VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR:




Collects volunteer information; maintains roster that identifies talents, interests and
history of activity
Shares requests for service and arranges scheduling within Waycross program structure.
Logs hours served
Receives feedback from all participants, helps develop best practices.
WSC PROJECT MANAGER:



Works with Board Liaison and Volunteer Coordinator to collect resources of time, talent
and
Treasure to execute designated project(s). Maintains project lists and timelines to
minimize gaps
in service and mobilizes extra support when needed to meet project deadlines.
Receives feedback from project leaders and staff; develops best practices for the
program
WSC PROJECT LEADER:





“Boots on the ground” on-site contact for volunteers and staff during execution of
project plan.
Ensures supplies needed are secured before scheduled volunteer events.
Answers questions and provides support to participants; rotates between multiple sites
as required.
Receives feedback from on-site volunteers, staff, and camp users; helps develop best
practices
for program
