Boarding Services/Policies
At All Creatures Veterinary Clinic we pride ourselves in offering the best service to you and your pets. All of
our boarded pets are cared for under the supervision of veterinarians and licensed veterinary technicians. For
this reason we are able to board and groom animals with special needs and conditions. Our highly trained and
educated staff will diligently monitor the health and safety of your pet while you are traveling. While you are
away you can be at ease that your pets are in good hands. We can also conveniently schedule any veterinary
needs and grooming during your pet’s stay.
Exercise- All Dogs are walked for 5 minutes 2-4 times daily. Cats and exotic pets are given attention and
handled 2-4 times daily as well.
*Food- Please bring your pet’s food and treats in a plastic container clearly labeled with their name. Please
bring enough for their entire stay plus 2 extra days. Also please provide written instructions how much and how
often you feed.
*Bedding- Bedding is provided for all animals. We prefer to use our towels and blankets for ease of
laundering. However you can choose to bring your own bedding for your pet. It must be clearly labeled with
your name and your pet’s name. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
*Medications- You must bring all medications that need to be administered to your pets in their original
containers and have the dosing, route and schedule written down. The veterinarians and veterinary technicians
will ensure that these medications are administered correctly. There is a $5 charge per day for medication
administration.
*Small Mammals and Reptiles- you must bring their cage, bedding and accessories (water bottles, bowls,
heat lamps, toys, etc.)
*All vaccinations must be current including Rabies/Distemper (Dogs and Cats), and Kennel Cough (Dogs
Only).
* All pets must have been examined by one of our veterinarians within the last 12 months.
**All new patients to our clinic are required to have an examination by a Doctor Prior to boarding or grooming**
*Animals that are boarded must be non-aggressive and not protective of food, toys or space.
*We do not board animals together in the same kennel because it is difficult to determine if both pets are
eating, drinking and eliminating normally and in smaller spaces animals can become aggressive with each
other. You can request that your pets be allowed to interact with each other during walking.
Drop off and Pick up Times are available Monday –Saturday during normal business hours
Check out Time is before 10:00AM- if your pet checks out after this time you will be charged an
additional full day of boarding.
