All orders are shipped F.O.B. Beaverton, Oregon, USA
via UPS ground. Orders received after 1:30 pm PST
will be shipped the following day. Shipping charges
are based on weight and distance. Deliveries to
Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are shipped First Class
Mail or Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.
Shipping method to foreign countries per customer’s
requested method. Insurance will be added to all
orders unless declined in writing.
INVOICING
Invoices are mailed at the time of shipment. A packing
slip accompanies the shipment. Back-ordered items
are indicated on the invoice, and will be shipped
automatically when available. Shipping charges
will apply to all back-orders.

Almore products are sold with the understanding that they may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase.
All returns of merchandise require pre-authorization and must be accompanied with a copy the original
invoice and include reason for return. Credit will be issued only after evaluation of returned item. All
products returned must be in the original packaging and returnable to stock. Products returned after 30
days are subject to a restocking fee. No credit will be given for products returned over 6 months from date
of invoice. Claims for errors or shortage must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Special order
products are not returnable.
