MasterPeace
Executive Summary
We are very pleased to present the management report for the second
board meeting of 2014 covering the period from Mid February to Mid
June.
If one word can reflect the core theme of this quarter, it would be:
‘The power of Mobilization’. Through out the report with every division of
MasterPeace, you will encounter evidence of the growing strength of
MasterPeace movement in mobilizing people around the world for any
campaign, competition, project MasterPeace launches.
In this quarter, while we started the count down for our tipping point day
on the 21st of september 2014, we know already that MasterPeace is
tipping with more local leaders feeling more empowered, more co-owners
and more attached to MasterPeace.
MasterPeace Clubs’, the beating heart of the movement, are ready to
play central role in our MasterPeace in Concert turning the world literally
into our stage with around 40+ countries celebrating with multiple flagship
concerts.
Our Communication and Platform are ready to fly with the huge
prospected outreach, working in parallel everyday on improving our tools
to create unprocessed buzz for the coming Peace Day that were
manifested during the last 2 campaigns we had : My MasterPeace
Moment and My Music MasterPeace.
This quarter, the clubs’ focused on building the capacity of the teams
around the world, and creating clear road map towards September.
Communication put the curtain this quarter over one of our most
successful campaigns My Music MasterPeace and launched with the
blogs team another interesting competition that attracts hundreds of
bloggers around the world.
We have also successfully attracted many new partners to join on board
including the amazing deal with the VFond and Cordaid as a new
founding partners, and mobilized our FP and others to further support us
with lots of resources and get ready together for our tipping point.

MasterPeace Clubs’ Expansion
The World Map According to MasterPeace
Power of mobilization was evident this quarter with the clubs’ progress. It was important to take
a moment this quarter to slow down a bit the quantitative expansion and focus more on qualitative capacity building by encouraging and supporting 10 more countries to organize their own
local bootcamp. Of course after a successful international bootcamp in Holland gathering 40
leaders from around the world.
In all MasterPeace campaigns, our clubs have utilized the emerging mobilization power of
MasterPeace to activate their own communities.
Flexing the clubs’ muscles, today wide variety of initiatives where implemented by the clubs’ in
their countries diverges from peace walks, mediation centers to music productions.
New three countries were added to the MasterPeace family, including a conflict-area which is
Myanmar, a country plagued by civil war since gaining independence from Britain after
World War II
MasterPeace Tunisia
MasterPeace Myanmar
MasterPeace Mexico
Bringing the total number to 65 clubs in 47 countries

The following graph shows the accumulative growth of the countries over the past period, starting from the conceptualization phase in November 2010, till today. IT’s clear in the below graph
that our growth rate was peaked in the period from 2012-2013 and started to slow down in
2014 according to our capacity building focus.

MasterPeace Bootcamp-2014
For the third consecutive year, MasterPeace organizes its most
anticipated event: The Annual Bootcamp (from 2nd till 7th of
March) hosted in the beautiful city of Hilvarenbeek in Holland.
The bootcamp brought together 40 Country Coordinators and
team leaders (largest number to date). This time the Bootcamp
had a unique perspective, mainly focused on the detailed strategic plan for ‘the 2014 tipping point’ around these topics:
1- Organization, Production and Media plan of MasterPeace in
Concerts 2014 worldwide
2- Internal expansion of MasterPeace Clubs in each country
3- Motivation, Inspiration and Team spirit 4- MasterPeace Next (after2014)
The Boot Camp was highly inspirational and empowering for all
of the Country Coordinators and the energy and motivation
gained during this week was exceptional to trigger amazing IDP
Celebrations.
The bootcamp gave a great chance to for our MasterPeace
clubs and our partners to meet, which gave a huge boost for
both sides and inspiration to see the people behind the movement face-to-face.
