MANOLE ZECE, established in 2008, is based in Bucharest, Romania. Manole Zece provides comprehensive architectural services to its clients and
support throughout the construction process. Besides high design ambitions a professional management structure supports the business
strategy of each project.
Our team has 4 professionals with strong background in architecture and interior design, as well as OAR affiliations, Project Management and
Energy Efficiency certifications.
We promote green design principles where possible in our projects. This encompasses planning for orientation, design for climate, design for
healthy interior environments appropriate use of materials, natural lighting and ventilation together with low energy and water use initiatives.
We also recognize the importance of delivering personal, contemporary and functional designs which meet our clients construction cost budgets.
Our design process evolves affordable, workable and responsible solutions. Beyond sensitive response to design challenges the strength of
Manole Zece lies in professional approach, constructive problem-solving ability and personalized services.
Manole Zece has been involved in various types of projects, of different scales, from small interior and furniture designs to healthcare, leisure
or office buildings and also landscape design for parks and gardens. Our portfolio includes interior designs for houses, apartments, retail and
commercial spaces, architectural projects for houses, apartment buildings, office buildings, healthcare facilities, restaurants, cafes, banks.HH
Our area of expertise covers fields such as: architecture, interior design, urban design, landscape design, design management, cost management,
consultancy, graphic and logo design, design supervision, feasibility analysis, professional architecture photography and licensing procedures.
Through our partners we can also cover all construction involved fields: structural engineering, electrical engineering, HVAC and plumbing
engineering, security, fire protection, topographic studies, PUD, PUZ and energy efficiency certificate.
