summer season, our kitchen is supplied with fresh vegetables, berries,
fine herbs and edible flowers from Spa Eastman’s own gardens. Our
cuisine is suitable to all diets, from the strictly curative diet to the
lavish gourmet or the vegetarian, raw food. All this is possible without
sacrificing taste or pleasure.

DESTINATION SHERBROOKE
Event planners will be drawn to the quality of the Conference
Centre adjacent the Delta Hotel chain (8,600 ft2) as well as the
Conference Centre offered at the GRAND TIMES Hotel (3,000 ft2).
And what about the Sherbrooke Exhibition Centre that proposes
a first-class venue designed for flexibility, and offers 60,000 ft2 of
fully modular exhibition spaces.
More than 900 hotel rooms of all categories, are offered to convention goers (including more than 400 four stars hotels rooms) and
also free planning services are proposed to organizing committees
of events in Sherbrooke.
“I am extremely impressed by this bid of candidacy: clear, filled with beautiful
pictures, presenting every benefit of choosing Sherbrooke, putting forward the very
welcoming nature of the municipality; it simply encourages you to say one thing:
YES! Furthermore, the administrative committee unanimously approved that the
convention be held in Sherbrooke in 2016.
However, I must admit that I deplore only one thing upon closing this document,
having to wait until 2016!
URBAN
NATURE
Congratulations and thank you! ”
Jack Benzaquen
Director-General,
City of Dollard-des-Ormeaux
“We were also greatly impressed by all we discovered in the tour of the region
with your guide. Sherbrooke has a lot of services and activities to offer for event
organisers; it is wondrous and shows why Sherbrooke is such a great city to hold a
convention.”
