TEAM CHLAMYDIA
Team Chlamydia offer Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea screening to 15-24 year olds living in East & Central
Cheshire. The Team manage results, co-ordinate treatment and partner notification/testing/treatment as
required. We can offer advice or signpost patients to the most convenient screening site. Free, confidential
screening and treatment is also available at our base at Congleton War Memorial Hospital or via outreach.
