In pursuit of Tamiya’s 6th IFMAR World Championship title in the Touring Car class, the Tamiya Racing
Factory designers have been hard at work. Their latest creation is the TRF419. The TRF419 is the
successor to the TRF418, but it has been heavily tweaked and optimized to give Tamiya’s top drivers the
best chance in securing the 2014 World Title.
Some of the new features to look forward to include:
 Inherits the new TRF418 suspension parts.
 Aside from the suspension parts, the rest of the chassis features a whole range of updates and
new parts.
 Carbon fiber upper and lower decks have been redesigned for optimum chassis balance and to
maximize the potential of the new drivetrain parts.
 Oil-filled Dampers follow a new design, and combined with new carbon fiber stays will provide
excellent traction on a range of track surface conditions.
 The new aluminum motor mount ensures that the chassis' supreme flexibility is fed back more
efficiently. The motor position is altered to optimize weight distribution.

84394 1/10 R/C FF-04 EVO Chassis Kit
The latest generation front-motor front-wheel drive FF series chassis is the FF-04 EVO Chassis kit, which
builds on the carbon fiber double-deck concept of the FF-03 EVO Chassis and takes it to a new level with
a range of upgraded and newly-designed parts. The chassis offers superior cornering, and employs a
double deck layout with 2.5mm thick lower and 2.0mm thick upper carbon fiber decks. Suspension arms
use the same design as those on the TRF418 touring car chassis, and power is transmitted via an oil-filled
gear differential unit housed in the XV-01 chassis design gearbox. The result is reduced track surface
contact during cornering, and even sharper handling.

The ENEOS SUSTINA-sponsored RC F is available on the beginner-friendly yet highly adaptable TT-02
Chassis. The real race car is an entry in this year’s Super GT Series in Japan, and has enjoyed a
respectable start to the 2014 season. The actual vehicle itself also features Tamiya sponsorship.
Tamiya has faithfully reproduced this sleek racing machine in 1/10 scale on the TT-02 entry level touring
car chassis. The TT-02 chassis platform is the successor to the TT-01 as it incorporates many new
features to make it even easier for the new R/C kit builder to assemble and learn from. The TT-02 chassis
performs well as cornering and overall speed has been enhanced to take advantage of new electronics

58598 1/10 R/C RAYBRIG NSX CONCEPT-GT (TB-04)
This is the 3rd release on Tamiya’s RC High Performance TB-04 chassis platform. The model depicts the
RAYBRIG NSX CONCEPT-GT, a car developed by Honda to race in the 2014 Japanese Super GT Series. The
hi-tech race car features a 1.6-liter turbocharged direct injection engine with anti-lag, plus a mid-ship
layout that optimizes distribution of the car's weight, particularly taking into account its unique hybrid
system.
The TB-04 is a 1/10 scale 4WD machine that incorporates a drive-shaft down the center of the chassis to
engage the front and rear gearboxes. The differentials inside the gearboxes are newly designed as they
utilize a sealed gear differential system whereby the internal gears movement is controlled by different
viscosity differential fluids. The double-wishbone suspension system utilizes the same "short reversible"
type that has been used on the TB-03, TA-05 Version II, TA-06 and the TRF (Tamiya Racing Factory) 416
and 417 World Championship machines. The TB-04 also incorporates "IFS" (inboard front suspension)
whereby the front shocks are positioned horizontally and low to the chassis, so that low profile sports
car body shapes can be accurately reproduced without losing any realistic scale appearance.

The Dual Ridge is a 4WD buggy based on the easy to build and easy to maintain TT-02B off-road chassis
platform. Its body features aggressive aerodynamics and a futuristic form which is legendary among
Tamiya's fun to build and drive off-road buggies. The form itself was designed by a famous Japanese
designer who is spearheading many of Honda Motors Companies vehicles of the not so distant future.
The TT-02B uses the TT-02 as s base, adding longer suspension arms, CVA shock units, and buggy

Specs and Features:
 This motor mount moves the motor position 1.5mm toward the center on the M-05 version 1
chassis. On the M-05 Ver.II chassis, it moves the motor 4.5mm toward center.

12052 1/12 Team Lotus Type 49 1967 (w/Photo-Etched Parts)
This is a re-release model of the Team Lotus Type 49 in 1/12 scale with new photo-etched parts and
detail-boosting extras for the first time. The original kit was first released in 1973, and re-released most
recently in 1991.
The Type 49 Formula One car made its debut in 1967. Another ground-breaking piece of racing car
engineering from Team Lotus, an innovative structural design attached the Cosworth DFV engine
directly to the rear bulkhead as a stressed member. Thus, the DFV became an active element of the
chassis which transmitted forces. This idea from famed designer Colin Chapman of Team Lotus
reinvigorated his team, as the Type 49 roared to victory in the 1967 Dutch Grand Prix, its maiden
Formula One race. 3 further wins followed that season as the car was piloted by the famed duo of Jim
Clark and Graham Hill, and next year 5 more victories were added. The Type 49 contributed to 2
Constructors' titles before it was retired in 1970.

14011 1/12 Honda CR250R Motocrosser Limited Edition
This is a re-release model of the Honda CR250R moto cross bike. It went on sale originally in 1982. The
model depicts the 1981 version of the Honda CR250R, a revolutionary bike that broke new ground for
the Japanese giant as it was their first production model in the 250cc class to use a liquid cooled engine.
In fact, it inherited much of its design from the RC250M, which was champion in the 1980 All Japan
Motocross Championship, including Honda’s unique Pro-Link mono-shock suspension that provided the
progressive damping necessary on tough motocross surfaces.

14013 1/12 Suzuki RM250 Motocrosser Limited Edition
This is a re-release of the Suzuki RM250, which went on sale back in 1982. By 1982, Suzuki had already
built up a long history of competing in the Motocross World Championship, and enjoyed tremendous
success with 3 back-to-back 250cc titles from 1970 and 10-in-a-row in the smaller 125cc class from 1975.
They also had a long-standing tradition of releasing their championship bikes as production models, and
the 1982 version of the RM250 continued in that vein. With Suzuki’s maiden 250cc-class liquid cooled
engine providing 43hp, weighing in at a mere 97kg, and employing the Japanese company’s original “full
floater” suspension, Suzuki was onto a winner and the bike sold well in countries across the world.

14018 1/12 Honda CR450R Motocrosser w/Rider Limited Edition
This is a re-release of the 1983 model of the Honda CR450R. It depicts the 1981 variant of the CR450R
which Honda released to compete in 500cc class motocross races. The single cylinder 431cc air-cooled 2stroke engine at the time had the highest output on offer among Honda production motocross models
at 51.5hp, plus a semi-double cradle frame using Honda’s unique Pro-Link rear suspension. With a dry
weight of just 104kg, the lightweight CR450R was used by many 500cc motocross racers across the
world. Later, the 1983 variant received a 472cc engine and evolved into the CR480R.

This kit recreates the Subaru BRZ with customizing parts fitted to the car. The BRZ, of course, is a high
powered front engine rear-wheel drive sports car with tuned front strut and rear double wishbone

This is a completely new model of the fearsome German tank destroyer Jagdpanzer IV Lang. It is
designed from the ground up to be part of the long catalog of models offered in the Tamiya 1/35 scale
line up of model kits.
The original Jagdpanzer IV tank destroyer was based upon the Panzer IV vehicle and used extensive
sloped armor with the 48-caliber 7.5cm gun that had already proven its worth on other vehicles. In
January 1944, it was decided to upgrade the Jagdpanzer IV, with the powerful 70-caliber 7.5cm anti-tank
gun installed in place of the original 48-caliber weapon. This bigger gun was fitted to the Jadgpanzer IV
with the intention of giving it the ability to destroy Allied tanks without even entering their weapons
range. It was also the origin of the name Lang, which translates into English as "long". The (V) was
applied to vehicles manufactured by the German company Vomag. 930 Jagdpanzer IV /70(V) Lang
vehicles were manufactured between August 1944 and March 1945, with German forces taking
advantage of the exceptional range of the gun, employing it in both defensive and ambush roles even as
their military situation worsened. December 2014 marks 70 years since the Battle of the Bulge, which
was effectively the final German offensive of WWII. This model is perfect and right on time to liven up
late Second World War dioramas.

The Sd.Kfz.4/1 Panzerwerfer 42 was a half-track Maultier vehicle fitted with a 10-tube multiple rocket
launcher called the Nebelwerfer. The Nebelwerfer had been developed as an answer to the Russian
Katyusha launcher, and it possessed the capability of firing explosive rockets or gas shells up to a
maximum of 7km. The Sd.Kfz.4/1 was manufactured for roughly a year from Spring 1943, with around
300 vehicles produced to cause havoc among Allied troops on both the Western and Eastern fronts.
The Tamiya model is collaboration with Italian model maker Italeri. The original model is a 1994 classic
from the Italian manufacturer, and now not only comes in Tamiya packaging with 2 Tamiya figures and
decals, but molding has also been updated from the original for greater accuracy and ease of assembly.

This is a highly detailed model recreating the F4U-1A variant of the highly popular Corsair model. Newlydesigned parts are included in the kit to accurately capture the modifications which distinguish it from
the original F4U-1. The F4U-1A drew on the experience of Navy and US Marine Corps pilots’ experience
with the original aircraft, making modifications to further improve the performance of this legendary
bird. One of the most noticeable alterations was the discarding of the “birdcage” cockpit and its
extensive frame sections that hampered visibility; a semi-bubble canopy with minimal frame was
installed instead, which improved the pilot’s view and made it easier to land the F4U-1A. Additional
upgrades included raising the pilot’s seat 18cm to help with visibility, and later extending tail wheel
struts by 16.5cm. A wedge shaped spoiler was added to the starboard wing to correct the tendency of
the port wing to stall first and roll out of control. Such modifications contributed greatly to the F4U-1A's
suitability for use from aircraft carriers; although by this time it had been passed over for that duty by
the F6F Hellcat. Unlike its predecessor, the F4U-1A would later be used as fighter-bomber, and was
given the capability of carrying a drop tank under the fuselage, plus a bomb rack for use on raids
supporting ground troops. This combination of fearsome performance in the air and bombing capability
made the F4U-1A a vital component as the Allied forces conducted their 'island hopping' strategy
progressing through the Solomon Islands.

This is a “motorized” version of the previously released model kit of the French Battle Tank B1 bis. The

Upon the outbreak of WWII, B1 bis tanks stood in the way of German armies determined to strike a
crushing blow against France on her own soil. The B1 bis entered production in 1937 and was an
upgraded version of the original 1920s-designed Char B1. The rivet-joined hull mounted a short-barreled
75mm howitzer, while a small, one man turret carried a longer-barreled 47mm tank gun. The B1 bis was
one of the most heavily armored tanks of its time, with plating that was 60mm thick in places, amply
capable of defending it against anti-tank fire such as that from 37mm Pak guns. It could more than hold
its own against individual German tanks, and was greatly feared by enemy soldiers who encountered it.

the painting process, for example R/C car bodies. The masking tape comes pre-attached to plastic
sheeting, and when folded out it has a width of 550mm.

 Tamiya masking tape attaches securely to the surface to be covered, protecting it from
unwanted paint and giving sharply defined edges. It peels off easily once the object has been
painted.
