$400 each. These will be sent out approximately two weeks prior to the show.

HTML Material Requirements and Tips
1.) Use Only HTML, DO NOT use XHTML.
2.) ONLY use inline styling. DO NOT use external style sheets.
3.) Create your file using tables, and center the table so it displays well with the email’s headers and footers.
We recommend that the table should be no more than 680 pixels wide.
4.) Do not cut and paste code from products that might include extra, unnecessary code. Some Microsoft
products do this. Use a plain text editor where possible so the code is as clean as possible.
5.) Do not build an email that is responsive as it may not display well across all email client software or in
browser based email.
6.) Host any images appearing in the email on your own server and have the path to those images point to
the location on your server within your HTML code. Building the email in this manner eliminates any manual
updates we would have to do to your HTML which have the potential to cause display issues.
7.) If you choose to have your email comprised of a single graphic image, a .png, gif or JPEG, please limit
the width to 680 pixels. We suggest depth be no more than 900 pixels.

Show Directory
Advertising Specs
The Show Directory will be distributed at the registration counters when show attendees pick up
their badges. It is used as a guide for the show, seminars, special events and as a reference tool
throughout the year.
When attendees take the Show Directory back to their offices, it is kept as a resource for contacting
exhibitors long after the event is over. What better way to keep your company name and products
in front of retailers than with an advertisement that will remind them of your products!
Ad Reservations are due immediately! Materials are due May 18, 2015
Material Requirements
The Show Directory is perfect bound with a trim size of 8-3/8" x 10-7/8" printed in 4-color process.
Allow for 0.125" bleed on all sides and keep live material at least 0.5" from trim size. Please keep
ad copy within standard size.
Digital files are required (no film).
Macintosh files ONLY. All supporting artwork and fonts (screen & printer) must be included when
sending files. Acceptable fonts are Mac Postscript fonts, no True Type fonts. All graphics must be
CMYK, bitmapped images should be 300 dpi at 100%. Effective resolution of line-art graphics must
be between 1200 and 2400 dpi. Spread ads must be supplied as single pages. Color proofs or hard
copy must be included with all ads. SWOP specified stock is preferred. Each proof should carry a
GATF color bar, or a solid color bar and 50% screen on top. If no proof is supplied, we cannot guarantee exact color match. Materials not meeting required specifications may incur additional charges.
Creative and production services for advertisements are available and will be quoted upon request.

PDF files (PDF/x-1a preferred): PDF files (PDF/x-1a preferred): PDF files MUST have all fonts
embedded and must have crop and bleed marks.
Adobe InDesign CS native files: Collect a “Package” to gather all fonts and images/supporting
files. Do not use “menu-styled” fonts – do not select a plain or roman font and stylize to italic or
bold within the page layout application.
Adobe Illustrator CS native files: Fonts should be outlined. Embed all raster images in document.
Adobe Photoshop CS native files: Files must be CMYK and should be 300 dpi at 100%. Fonts
should be rasterized or provided.
