The Littleton Community Center RAFFLE BENEFIT
OFFICIAL RULES
Drawing held on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at 7:00pm at
the Carriage House, Littleton Community Center, 120 Main Street, Littleton, NH.
PRIZE
1. One vehicle from the two featured cars will be chosen by the
winner. Retail value is between $16,885 and $17,785.
2. All appropriate taxes, including but not limited to income taxes and expenses as a result of winning this prize are the winner’s
responsibility.
3. Winner must take delivery of the car within 60 days of the
drawing or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be
selected by random drawing.
4. Winning chances: a maximum of 400 tickets will be sold. Each
ticket represents one chance to win. You may enter as many times
as you like. Chances of winning depend on the number of tickets
sold. If less than 400 tickets are sold, the LCC (Littleton Community Center) reserves the right to convert the drawing to a grand
prize of 50% of the gross proceeds from ticket sales, or cancel the
event and return each ticket holder’s money.
5. Winner may choose a cash option equaling 75% of the cash value
of the msrp of either vehicle. Subject to taxes, including but not
limited to income taxes.
6. Winner must provide Littleton Chevrolet or Crosstown Motors,
depending on car chosen, with a signed IRS form W-9 certifying
his or her taxpayer identification number, to be remitted to the
US Treasury for federal withholding. The value of the prize will
be reported to the winner by the car dealer on form 1099 prior to
January 1, 2014.
ELIGIBILITY
1. Each entrant agrees to release Littleton Chevrolet, Crosstown
Motors, Littleton Community Center and its Board of Directors
and employees from any and all liability with respect to all aspects
of the raffle, including but not limited to, the selection process.
2. Raffle ticket purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and have a
valid driver’s license.
3. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the LCC to use the
winner’s name and a photograph for promotional purposes.
4.Raffle tickets to be sold by LCC Board Members and their ticket
sales team members.
5.Littleton Community Center Board Members, their spouses and
LCC employees are excluded from purchasing tickets.
6. Winner need not be present. If winner is not at the drawing on October 19th, they will be notified by mail and/or telephone.
7. If potential winner cannot be reached after 10 days from the first
notification attempt, or if an entrant is found ineligible, such prize
will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random
drawing.
7. Retain your ticket stub. In the event of any discrepancies you will be
required to produce your stub.
8. Contributions are not tax deductible.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
1. You may purchase tickets at the Community Center during regular
hours (Mon.–Fri. 9–4pm; Weds. until 6) or from one of our Board
Members or ticket sales team members. Cash or check.
2. The form below may be used to purchase tickets. Fill out the form
and enclose a check. Your receipt will be mailed to you.
2. Tickets may also be conveniently purchased on the LCC website at
littletoncommunitycenter.org. Online ticket sales will end at midnight Oct. 18th, or sooner if sold out. Tickets will be available at the
party Oct. 19th up until 8pm if there are any left.
3. We do have goals to meet in ticket sales so your prompt ticket purchase would be greatly appreciated!

hard to make this happen in order to preserve this beautiful property—so key to our town center.
