INTRODUCTION
The law 149 of September 5, 2014 transferred the
Pipeline Safety Program for the Public Service
Commission to the Puerto Rico Department of
Transportation and Public Works. As January
2015, the Department assumes jurisdiction of
the program. So the information we have at the
moment is limited and even we are in the
process of gathering information from the
program that still has the Public Service
Commission.
