This new film picks up immediately after the events in Resident Evil: Retribution, with humanity is on its last legs after Alice is betrayed by Wesker in Washington D.C. MOVIE TIE-INS Welcome to the jungle and the king of beasts - KONG! The origins of one of cinema’s most beloved and most fearsome monsters will be revealed in the forthcoming blockbuster movie Kong: Skull Island. This is the official novelization of the movie which features an all-star cast including: Tom Hiddleston, Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, John C. Reilly and Tom Wilkinson. Warcraft will be released around the world in June 2016. Directed by Duncan Jones (Moon, Source Code), and with a screenplay by Jones and Charles Leavitt, the film will star Ben Foster, Travis Fimmel, Paula Patton, Dominic Cooper, Toby Kebbell and Rob Kazinsky. Set on the world of Azeroth, the film portrays the origin story of the initial encounters between the humans and the orcs, with an emphasis upon both the Alliance’s and Horde’s sides of their conflict. Featuring characters such as Durotan and Lothar, the film will take place in a variety of locations established in the video game series.
