Introduction
Thefollowingresearchreportwillilluminatetheintentions,capabilities,actionsandoutcomes
ofvariouspersonsandpartieswhohaveconspiredtocreateaconditiontolimittheabilityfor
thecountryofCuracaotobecomeafullyautonomousentityasawhollysovereigncountryof
theworldseparateentirelyoftheDutchNetherlandsgovernmentandkingdom.
The research report concentrates on various persons and parties that could have worked in
concert to create ongoing public discontent, loss of life, loss of liberties and character
assassinationsbywayofthepropagationofprivatedocumentsthatwere“leaked”andbyway
offalseclaimsforthepurposeofcontrollingthefutureoutcomeofthecountryofCuracao.
All information contained in this report has been collected via publicly available content
residingonvariousInternetwebsitesandrepositories.
The report is yet to be validated by a higher authority to determine the true source of the
leakedprivatedocumentsaswellasotherillegallyobtainedinformationandthepersonswho
participated in the coup against the government of Curacao as it relates to the former Prime
MinisterGerritSchotte,CicelyvanderDijsandmembersoftheSchottecabinet.
The prosecution and opponents of Gerrit Schotte have created a situation where the public
perspective would be negative towards Schotte and his cabinet which undermined Schotte’s
abilities to affectively govern the newly formed entity. Critical questions about the entire
conspiracyfromthepointofviewofbothcampshavenotbeeninvestigatedsatisfactorilywith
thecareanddedicationneededtomaintainthenationalsecurityofCuracao.

relationship between Dutch and Curacao Parliamentarians and the news syndicate of the

The following persons have been identified as being party to the broader conspiracy to
underminethe“voters”(thepeopleofCuracao)whoelectedGerritSchotteasthefirstprime
ministerofthenewlyformedcountryofCuracao.Ourdiscoverystartshereandwillcontinuetill
all active participants have been identified. We intend to show that these people could have
participatedintheschemewhichfollowedthetransitionalgovernmentinwhichCuracao and
its people have been materially harmed while the persons described here have materially
benefitedconsiderablybytheiractions.
EachprofilewillprovidelinksandinformationobtainedviageneralInternetsearches.Thepoint
ofthisistoprovideapersonaprofilethatilluminatestheintentions,capabilities,actionsand
outcomes of each person and collectively as a major conspiracy to suppress the forward

John attended the Graphics School (University) and The Free Academy in Eindoven
Netherlands. He has attended several drawing courses such as airbrushing and architectural
renderingintheUnitedStates.Morerecently,hehasorganizedexhibitionsinseveralcountries
andhaswrittenseverale-books.
Baselmans published a book in 2011 titled Curcacao Maffia Eiland. The book references
“Schotte”onpage23,31,34,38,39,43,46,53,61,83,86,92,93,98,99,102,103,104,115,
206~atthispointweareonlyallowedtoview108ofthe492pageswithinthisbookwithout
purchase.ThebookalsomakesreferencetoOmayraLeeflangandotherpersons/partiesrelated

This is one of several books where Mr. Baselmans makes unsubstantiated claims against
Schotte and others. He has made a living and personally gained from his actions by altering

Gumbs created an environment of mistrust when acting on the orders of the then Governor
Fritstoconductsafetybackgroundchecksonministerswithinthenewlyforminggovernmentof
Curacao. Edsel continued this work despite the declaration by Schotte that Mr. Gumbs had
breachedthenewcountry’snationalsecuritylawsandthatSchotteasPrimeMinisterhadlost
faithandtrustwithMr.Gumbs.
PM Schotte removed Gumbs from office and a four-year battle to clear himself ensued.
Currently Gumbs is working at the Central Bank of Curacao and Sint Maarten as a Policy
Advisor.
SchottemaintainedtherewerealsoinsiderdealingbetweenCentralBankHeadTrompandthe
investigationsconductedbyGumbs.
Mr.GumbspersonallyhandledacaseforDavidDick(PAR)wherehemade“mistakes”tofree

Inthisdiscoverywecanbringforwardthenotionthattheingredientsandrecipeforthecoup
to overthrow and then continue to subvert the governance of Curacao as an autonomous
countrywithintheworldstagewasinfactperpetratedbyawidespreadinitiativewithsupport
fromtheGovernmentoftheNetherlands,localCuracaopoliticiansandpoliticalgroups,aswell

It is our determination that a full scale examination into the conduct of the Governors office
