Sandvik QD Deep Parting & Grooving System
Sandvik introduces a new parting off concept for deep grooves and long overhangs. Insert sizes from
2mm to 4mm plus a full grade and geometry program to suit most applications. We feature the double
ended standard parting off blades in this promotion, but shank type tool holders, reinforced, single ended
and through coolant tools are also available.

Sandvik New Turning Grades 4325
and 4315 For Steel
4325 is the first choice P25 grade for steel turning from roughing
to finishing, continuous and interrupted cuts in both wet and dry
applications. Grade 4325 has a wide application area, gives
improved wear resistance and has a tough substrate to withstand
difficult operations.
4315 is a P15 grade for high metal removal rates, it withstands
high temperatures, allowing high speed cutting and a longer time
in cut which is ideal for secure unmanned high volume production.
A comprehensive range of insert styles and chip-breakers are
available.
