Our personal passion for coffee motivated us to create Enjoy Better Coffee, Inc. back in 2006. When we
first arrived in the U.S., we greatly missed the taste and aroma of the European coffee blends and roasts to
which we had grown accustomed. We soon realized that there was a gap in the American coffee market,
and the brands we knew and loved were almost entirely unavailable. This inspired us to seek out and
distribute the fine, European coffee we had much yearned for within the States.
Over the past decade, our selection of coffee has expanded beyond the boarders of European countries to
renowned brands from across the globe, and our imports have grown to include a variety of high quality
teas, cookies, candy, and many other excellent products. Today, we offer more than 40 brands of various
coffees and dozens of different products. We are also proud to be the largest distributor of Douwe Egberts
coffee in North America.
Our partnership with Douwe Egberts, which began in 2009, enabled us to get one of our most popular
brands straight from the source in the Netherlands. Obtaining our products directly from the Douwe
Egberts facilities in the Dutch cities of Utrecht and Joure ensures that we receive them freshly roasted and
packaged. In fact, the coffee we import from Douwe Egberts is the very same coffee that Douwe Egberts
makes for the Dutch market. Our close relationship with Douwe Egberts has allowed us to offer a large
selection of their award-winning coffees, and helps us to keep our customers’ costs low.
All of our products reflect the consistency and quality we have grown to expect from companies with strong
reputations and decades of hard-won expertise. Ever since our humble beginnings, we have remained
committed to importing and distributing the best in coffee, tea, and other treats that the world has to offer.
We feel that our story has just begun. We have plans to broaden our product range even further. We also
recently expanded into the tea marketplace, which is a natural extension of our passion for premium
beverages. And, while our retail business continues to grow, we have also been fortunate in our ability to
expand our distribution line to wholesale customers to help them develop their businesses with exceptional
coffee and tea directly from the source. This catalog is another step towards building our partnership with
you.

Terms and Conditions
The undersigned (Purchaser) agrees that all purchases made by Purchaser from Enjoy Better Coffee Inc. (Seller) are subject to the following
terms and conditions:
1.
All amounts due for goods and services purchased from seller are payable at the seller’s accounting facility from which this contract is initiated. All obligations incurred hereunder are performable thereat. Purchaser acknowledges that such amounts are not
payable in installments, but are payable in full as stated in herein.
2.
All amounts due seller are payable in 15 days, unless otherwise specified, from date of invoice of goods and services delivered. If
any amount due seller is not paid within 30 days, than the unpaid balance will be subject to 1% late charge per calendar day.
3.
In the event of any action by and between the parties to enforce the terms and conditions of this agreement of any and rights
by and among the parties, including payment of any obligation, the prevailing party therein shall be entitled to recover actual
attorney fees, in addition to any other amount.
4.
Purchaser shall notify seller by certified mail of any changes of ownership or any information provided on this application. The
purchaser warrants to seller that all financial information on the application for credit is true, correct and complete in all material
respect, and purchaser authorizes seller to investigate all references furnished pertaining to the credit and financial responsibility
of purchaser. In the event purchaser fails to notify in writing by certified mail seller of any changes, purchaser shall be liable for
all credit extended prior to said written notification as though no changes in fact occurred, without prejudice to purchaser rights
to proceed, additionally, against any successors.
5.
Purchaser expressively agrees that the seller shall not be responsible for any nonconformity as to quantity, quality or price unless
noted on the original delivery receipt at the time of delivery or unless the goods are rejected in writing within two (2) days of
delivery, by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the Seller.
6.
All returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 returned item charge unless otherwise specified.
7.
We sell full cases. We may sell some products by half case with 5% price premium. For quantity less than half case price will be
10% off our published retail price.
8.
Minimum order is $100.00 excluding shipping.
9.
New customer orders will be shipped on a prepaid basis until credit terms have been established.
10. Customers with credit terms must pay for the previous invoice prior to or at the time of their next shipment.
11. Customers with past due balances will be subject to having ORDERS HELD until the account is brought current.
12. The Customer agrees to pay all attorneys’ fees and any other costs incurred by collection proceedings. Any further use of this
account will constitute agreement to the conditions stated in this agreement.
Products may be returned to Enjoy Better Coffee Inc. if the following conditions are met:
1.
Enjoy Better Coffee must be notified and return authorized prior to purchaser retuning product(s) to Enjoy Better
Coffee Inc.
2.
Credit will be issued for product that is determined to be defective, damaged in transit, or mis-shipped.
3.
The product must not have been used, must be in its original packaging, and must be in sellable condition.
4.
Enjoy Better Coffee Inc. does not accept returns for the following items: opened cases, opened bulk items, products
marked with customer price tags, and products damaged by purchaser.
5.
We do not exchange products.

Shipping and Logistics
1.
Orders are subject to stock on hand.
2.
Enjoy Better Coffee Inc. does not back order.
3.
Enjoy Better Coffee Inc. does not ship COD.
4.
Enjoy Better Coffee Inc. ships via FedEx or LTL.
5.
Orders are shipped within 72 hours (3 business days) of receipt.
6.
Please refuse parcel shipments if there is noticeable damage to the shipping carton(s).
7.
Retain damaged product, carton, and packaging materials for possible carrier inspection.
8.
Drivers are not authorized to pick up any product without authorized paperwork from the Enjoy Better Coffee Inc.
9.
Inspect LTL shipments prior to signing the delivery receipt. Note any damages or omissions on your copy of the delivery receipt
and have the driver sign it.
10. Enjoy Better Coffee Inc. must be notified of damages, shortages, defective products or mis-shipments within 48 hours (2 business
days) of the purchaser’s receipt of order. Please note: Enjoy Better Coffee uses black stretch film on all pallets and the shipment
will include a packing list, a copy of the Bill of Lading, an address label, and Do Not Double Stack Labels. Please inspect and
count the cartons if any of these are missing or the pallet is wrapped in another color stretch film or damage is obvious.
11. Free shipping is available for qualifying orders. See tables and map below to determine qualifications for destinations zip codes.
Please note: Orders requiring special delivery services e.i. residential delivery, lift gate, notification prior to delivery, or limited access will be charged the difference between the standard commercial delivery shipping rate for the destination zip code
and the shipping rate with special delivery service.
If an order qualifies for complimentary shipping, the customer may alternatively choose to waive free shipping and, in replacement, receive a 5% discount on their order.
