again revolutionizes the world of the over-and-under shotgun with the Cynergy.
Five years of research and tests were needed to perfect this reliable, highperformance shotgun.
Beautiful and efficient
A low action frame with integrated hinge, a new impact mechanism and an innovative design give
this shotgun a unique silhouette, extraordinary balance, an accurate, ultra-fast trigger, perfect ease
in bringing it up to the shoulder and great comfort when firing. In addition to the Sport and Trap
models, hunting versions of the Cynergy are now also available, 12-gauge Magnum with a steel or
aluminium action frame and 20-gauge Magnum with a steel action frame.

CYNERGY HUNTER LIGHT GRADE 3 CAL.12 Magnum
Based on the rifle firing system, the Cynergy
introduces the new Reverse Striker ignition
system which uses mechanical triggers
and a rifle-type striker for a quicker locktime
and reduced overtravel.
This revolutionary new design gives a crisper,
more accurate and lighter firing action while also
allowing both shots to be fired off in exceptionally
quick succession.
In order to generate exceptional shot patterns,
the Cynergy shotguns combine Back-bored barrels
with Invector+ chokes.
The elegant outline of the Cynergy hunting model boasts distinctive grade 3 oil-finished wood and
hunting scenes engraved on the nickel-plated action frame.
The Back-Bored barrels of the Cynergy shotgun can also be used to fire high-performance
steel-shot cartridges.
The supersized bore of the Back-Bored barrels
means higher velocity and less recoil. Because in
over bored guns the lead shot is subject to less
compression, and so as there is less loss of pellet
shape this system delivers consistent lead-shot
patterns every time.

In other words, this ultra-quick, ground-breaking
system will render the old impact-wheel systems
found on most other over-and-under shotguns
obsolete.

For all of these reasons,
and many more besides, in choosing
a Browning shotgun you are sure

Making a completely new shotgun with the lowest
possible action frame means adopting a whole
new approach to the design of the hinge. The vital
aspect was for the action frame and its mechanism
to be reliable and strong enough to satisfy
Browning’s quality specifications. The solution
comes in the form of a machined single-piece
hinge in the inner walls of the action frame. This
ingenious new hinge system offers the Cynergy
a very low profile combined with outstanding
durability.
The hinges have a larger surface area than on
other low-profile over-and-under shotguns, which
results in significantly less wear in the long term.
Furthermore, the rectangular bolts on the Cynergy
offer a greater locking surface and locking section
compared size for size to round bolts, making this
firearm even more hard-wearing.
Every feature on the new Cynergy has been
designed to make it the fastest shotgun available.
The low profile of the action frame can absorb
recoil more easily and so allows a smoother second
shot, while the lightweight construction, rapid
barrel swing and exclusive firing system have been
designed with one aim : speed !
So, in addition to all these features that make
the Cynergy the last word in over-and-under
shotguns, we can also say that it oozes elegance.
