The Woody is for beginners who just want to try the sport. This is
the board we all learned on as kids and the Mahogany core with
fiberglass bottom make it last. Cheaper wood boards don't slide,
they warp easily, and the bottom wears off. An excellent shape for
small wave bashing and perfect rocker to give you the longest

Bigfoot

For those who believe flexibility translates to a better riding board.
A thinner 5/8" foam core allows for more rider controlled rocker; a
wide stance to press the board flat for distance and a narrow stance
to increase rocker for improved turning control. This model walks
across the water with less resistance as it adjusts to the bumps
(George Greenough theory of least resistance = maximum speed).
Epoxy resin and E-glass come standard. Additional fiberglass
options are available.

Carbon Boards

Preferred by the very best riders, Carbon creates a stiffer board for
pumping out to waves. Recommended for the best skimboarders
only, Carbon will add to the cost of your board. Carbon is quite
often but not necessarily combined with Epoxy resin for the strongest possible laminate.

E-GLASS is standard and always in stock. More than adequate for
95% of the skimboarders.
S-GLASS is about 30% stronger than E-glass. Anybody who
breaks boards or weighs over 200 lbs. should consider S-glass for
their next board.
CARBON is stiffer and stronger than both E-glass and S-glass and
is preferred by the best skimboarders worldwide.
POLYESTER RESIN is standard and always in stock. Polyester
resin makes for a nice stiff feel which is traditionally and currently
still preferred by many riders.
VINYLESTER RESIN is lighter and more impact resistant than
Polyester resin and is a nice compromise between Polyester
and Epoxy.
EPOXY RESIN is lighter and more flexible than Polyester or Vinylester resin. Epoxy will increase the laminate strength as it bonds
extremely well with the fibers and it will increase rocker stability over
time. Though it is lighter and has great resistance to dings, Epoxy
will be slightly less stiff than Polyester.

to mention outstanding videographer. He uses a 3/4” thick, 5 lb.
density Polyvinyl foam core with Vinylester resin and Carbon fiber
reinforcement for a mix of toughness and stiffness. Add a slightly
blunted nose with 2” of rocker, boxy rails, a rounded tail and you
have a board perfect for surfing long down the liners and sticking
highly advanced board maneuvers.

Launched in 2009, Project Triangle was designed as
another step to help reduce our carbon footprint. The
success of the program in 2009 has led to its expansion in
2010 with the inclusion of five (5) boards in the Project
Triangle series. Project Triangle reduces the consumption
of new raw materials, limits the amount of waste generated
that would be sent to landfills and provides the core for a
strong durable board. Inspired by technology used in the
boating and aerospace industries our process utilizes post
production foam core remnants that would normally be
headed for the dumpster. We have been able to
re-fabricate these pieces for use in production again and
have decreased our overall landfill contribution by thirty
percent (30%).
The boards in Project Triangle are held to the same quality
standards as the rest of Victoria Skimboards product line.
Our warranty applies to all boards against manufactures
