the National
Neonatology
Forum
Dr P K Rajiv, Specialist Neonatologist at NMC Specialty
Hospital, Dubai was invited to present at the 32nd Annual
Convention of the National Neonatology Forum in New
Delhi, on 14 Dec 2012.
His talk was on his research work on the use of Viagra
in PPHN (persistent pulmonary hypertension) of the
newborn. PPHN is a potentially fatal disease, with
mortality up to 40 %, even in optimal resource settings.
His presentation, based on his 93 % success rate
with this dangerous disease, was well received by the
audience, which included experts from many countries
