Welcome to Abitza
Choose your table, then head on up to the front
counter to place your order.
Our aim is to assist in making your visit as
special as possible, so please feel free to ask us if
you need assistance.
GF – Gluten Free – gluten is a protein found in
certain grains and this diet is free of gluten
VG – Vegan – A diet that is entirely of plant origin
VEG – Vegetarian – is a meat free diet which
excludes red meat, white meat and fish
P – Paleo – this diet excludes grains, dairy and
processed food
ABOUT ABITZA
Abitza is not only a cafe and retail experience!
An extensive service of alternate therapies is also
available.
All our practitioners are fully qualified and
provide a professional service. Bookings are
available by appointment.
In the evening Abitza provides a wonderful space
for classes such as reiki share, drumming, basket
weaving, leatherwork, meditation etc.
Many speakers also share their knowledge here
on a regular basis.

Raw – the food is consumed fresh, uncooked and with
minimal processing
Coffee: Abitza uses coffee by Melbourne based
company - Community Roasters. A boutique coffee roaster
working with small coffee farms to create a specialty
grade coffee roasted to perfection then blended to create
an unparalled coffee experience. Their blend called
“Melbourne Espresso’ is by far our favourite, and the one
which we love to serve our customers.
Coffee: $3.50 for a cup and $4.00 for a mug

We also offer organic soy, rice, or almond milk at an extra cost.
Tea: The tea’s we serve are from a local gourmet tea
company called Ceylon Tea Bush based in Ringwood
North. Ceylon Tea Bush specializes in organic black tea,
green tea, herbal and fruit infusions – all available at
Abitza. See our tea display.
Brewed Chai Tea: Our special blend of Ceylon black tea
with mixed whole spices, brewed in steamed soy milk,
served with honey and cinnamon.

Traditional Big Breakfast

Savour the tastes of our classic breakfast - two free range
eggs cooked your way, crispy bacon, organic baked beans,
sautéed mushrooms, grilled tomato, chipolatas and
spinach served on local sourdough bread.
Vegetarian/Vegan Big Brekky $15.50
Two free range eggs cooked your way, sautéed mushrooms, a
hearty dose of organic baked beans with avocado, beetroot relish,
wilted spinach and seasoned with homemade zatar all served on
local made sourdough bread. (Omit eggs for Vegan version)
Eggs Florentine $13.50
This classic breakfast of two soft poached, free range eggs,
served on a bed of spinach leaves with hollandaise sauce
on a toasted English muffin.

of goodies! A selection of shaved ham and salami with an
assortment of fresh and marinated vegetables, mainland
cheddar cheese.,served with the house dip of the day and
thick crusty bread.

Free Range Chicken Burger: A succulent
chicken breast fillet, served with fresh salad, house
mayonnaise, melted cheese and seasoned with herbs from
our herb garden. Served on a fresh toasted bun.
Traditional Beef Burger: A homemade
premium beef burger, bacon, served with fresh salad,
cheese and Abitza relish. Served on a fresh,toasted bun.
Vegetarian/Vegan Burger: A delicately
spiced chickpea and lentil pattie, with our own vegan
mayonnaise and fresh salad. Served on a fresh toasted

Paleo Burger: It’s the burger with no bun! A
sumptuous stack of mixed grilled vegetables, premium
beef pattie, Abitza relish, avocado, and fresh herbs, served
between two free range fried eggs. Its Paleolicious!
