PAYMENT
Terms are net thirty (30) days, after which interest of 1.5% per
month will be charged on all outstanding balances. Orders under
$100.00 (excluding shipping and handling) must be prepaid by
credit card.
REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Any product that is found to be defective due to manufacturing
error will be replaced free of charge.
2. No materials may be previewed, rented, loaned, or resold outside the licensee’s/purchaser’s organizations, subsidiaries, or

3. Preview or license/purchase conveys the right for use of the

Mystery Beneath the Ice (NOVA)
They’re so tiny you might not notice them if you weren’t looking for them. But these delicate, transparent,
shrimp-like creatures are crucial to the Antarctic ecosystem and, maybe, to the future of all our oceans. The population of krill has crashed since the 1970s for reasons that continue to baffle the experts. A leading theory says that
krill’s life cycle is driven by an internal body clock that responds to the waxing and waning of the Antarctic ice pack.
As climate change alters the timing of the ice pack, their life cycle is disrupted - or so the theory goes. To test this

The Edge of the Wild
“The Edge of the Wild” is a documentary
about a 30-year land-use battle over privately owned property that is also home to
endangered butterflies. San Bruno Mountain
is a remarkably intact wilderness that is
completely surrounded by urbanization and
is just one mile south of San Francisco. The
film follows resident Michele Salmon as she fights to uphold
the Endangered Species Act and reverse a national policy that
allows landowners to destroy endangered Mission Blue butterfly
habitat before they are gone forever. In return for a “Take Permit”
issued by government stakeholders, landowners agree to pursue
specific management protections for endangered and threatened species. This amendment to the Endangered Species Act
was especially crafted for San Bruno Mountain, and called the
Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP). These HCPs have since been
used by more than one thousand other areas across the USA.

“A Kid for the Wild” is a playlist of 11 ecology
music videos created by Judy Lehmberg, a
former college biology, zoology and botany
teacher, now filmmaker. The majority of
songs are by the late Walkin’ Jim Stoltz,
a singer songwriter, poet, photographer,
painter and long distance hiker from Big Sky
and Helena, Montana. Jim hiked over 28,000 miles through the
wilderness of North America - a true mountain man who experienced the wonder and wisdom of natural world with the heart
of a child. He performed at many schools across the continent for
children of all ages. The majority of imagery shot by Lehmberg

thrown away? Most of it makes its way to landfill. Some goes to recycling or incineration. The
rest escapes into our environment and to the
world’s oceans - and nobody knows how long
it will stay there. Estimates range from decades
to hundreds of thousands of years.
“Plastic Shores” is a documentary that explores how plastic affects the
marine environment. Travelling from the International Marine Debris
Conference in Hawai’i to the polluted Blue Flag beaches of Cornwall
and idyllic tropical shorelines, the film reveals just how astonishingly
bad the problem of plastic debris is and how it harms aquatic life. It
shows how seemingly crystal clear water contains large quantities of
