Dock builders, marina’s and even a few larger boat owners asked for profiles with heavier wall sections to provide greater
protection for their applications. This heavy duty double molded PVC dock edging is made from the same quality marine

The “D” profile is a convenient way to protect the

Mooring Buoy
The sole purpose of the mooring buoy is to support the mooring chain. The two preferred
designs for mooring buoys are a traditional buoy with hardware or a buoy with a tube through
the center. Both offer reliable flotation and will last for several seasons, depending upon the
salinity of the water.
A permanent mooring system, when properly designed, should securely position a boat so
that it can be left unattended, with little attention, for long periods of time. Each system usually consists of a mooring buoy (to float the chain), a mooring anchor and a length of chain
(running between the anchor and the mooring buoy). A lso the proper ground tackle includes
correct sized galvanized shackles and swivels. Always keep in mind, that the mooring system
is only as reliable as the “current” conditions of the environment. All Taylor Made®
Sur-Moor ™ Buoys are built to withstand the constant abuse of most mooring environments.

Sully Stick™ Winter Stick
Used during the winter months, the Sully
Stick has a molded in eyelet at the top for
easy retrieval. The base eyelet is reinforced
with a galvanized metal bushing to attach a

Mooring attachment system that allows up to three lines from the mooring to
your boat. The system maintains mooring line separation to minimize chafe
and increase line life. No more tangled mooring lines! Two systems are available for multi-hulls (3 lines to boat) or mono-hulls (2 lines to boat). Also
available with safety shackles and swivel that utilize nuts and cotter pins that eliminate the need
for wire seizing. For boats 25’-60’ in length and
8,000 lbs-fSWL. Breaking strength 32,000 lbs-f.
The system can use up to 1 inch lines with normal thimbles or 3/4” lines with HD thimbles.

mooring buoy.
System allows for the placement of three anchors on a swivel and up to three lines
back to the boat. The boat can swivel on the anchors without getting anchor chains
and lines twisted around each other. The minimum breaking strength for this
heavy-duty system is over 32,000 lbs-f. Safe working load of 8,000 lbs-f. It comes
complete with galvanized bridle plates, shackles and a swivel. Also available with
safety shackles and swivel that utilize nuts and cotter pins that eliminate the need

navigational buoys in the United States. We have been meeting the stringent requirements of states, municipalities, and private harbors for many
years. Our buoys are used in the toughest applications.
• Solar powered light charges during the daylight hours and automatically turns
on at dusk to alert boaters of hazards.
Regulatory buoys feature rotationally molded high density polyethylene
shells that are UV stabilized. The rotational molding process allows for uniform wall thickness without the internal stresses that cause cracking over
time and under extreme temperature changes. This process imparts
tremendous impact strength to the shell.
• The light comes equipped with steady on mode, slow flash (15 times/minute),
and fast flash (60 times/minute) all within the same unit.

Mooring whips, these new whips provide the “safety zone” between dock
and boat for many types of docking applications. Unlike the competition,
these mooring whips have a large diameter solid fiberglass pole that withstand most marine environments and provide that spring action to keep
your boat safely away from the dock. CAD designed Whip Base is injection
molded from high impact reinforced plastic for incredible strength and
durability. Sold as pairs and include all lines and hardware to complete the
installation.

These fiberglass dock boxes are built tough. With a UV gelcoat finish and the stainless steel lockable latch and hardware, these are sure to hold up in the harshest marine
environments. Our dock boxes incorporate gas shock lifts, which come standard on
all models. These shocks help to keep your lid open on rocking docks and in higher
wind areas and allow for a slower, more controlled closing. These fiberglass molded
dock boxes are also constructed with a smooth interior finish which helps prevent
splinters in your hands when storing or retrieving your boating accessories.
