ABOUT THE BIBLE Christianity is the religion of
biblical authority. In a lesson from Hades (Luke
16:19-31) Jesus spoke of the rich man and Lazarus.
This rich man was concerned about his brothers,
and wanted Abraham to send Lazarus to warn his
brothers but was told, “They have Moses and the
prophets, let them hear them”. This is equivalent to
saying, “this cannot be done for if they will not heed
God`s word and submit to its authority then nothing
can be done for them”. We need to pay attention to
what God says in the bible (2nd Timothy 2:15). In his
word he tells us about heaven and what we must do
in order go there. Once Jesus asked his disciples,
“will ye also go away? Peter answered him saying,
“Lord to whom shall we go? Thou hast the words
of eternal life” (John 6:66-69). Is there any other
source that God has inspired in order that we might
