TERMS & CONDITIONS
MINIMUMSPEND
TobookafunctionatElysiumRestaurant&Baraminimumspendisrequiredforallfunctionareas
of$500,50%oftheminimumspendistobeusedtowardsthepurchaseofcanapésandplattersfor
thefunctionduration.
DEPOSITSANDPAYMENT
ToconfirmafunctionatElysiumRestaurant&Barclientsmustpayadepositof$250perarea1
monthpriortothefunction.Paymentcanbepaidinpersonorbycreditcardoverthephone.
FOODANDBEVERAGES
Allcanapéandplatterselections,includingfinalnumbersofguestsmustbeconfirmedtwoweeks
priortoyourfunctiondate.
TABLESANDDECORATONS
Tablesforpresents/cakesareprovidedFOC,whitelinentableclothsareavailableforhireat$20
per table. Guests are permitted to provide their own decorations within functions coordinator’s
guidelines.Pleasenoteduetoourpositiononthelakeandtopreservethehealthandsafetyofour
lakewildlifewedonotallowforconfettiorglitterpiecestobescattered.
BARTABS
Bartabscanbesettoalimitattheclientsdiscretion.Iftheminimumspendisreachedincanapés
andplattersabartabisnotrequiredbythevenue.Wristbands/stampsareprovidedtotheclients
guestsonarrivalandbeverageswillonlybeservedtothosewearingeither.
CANCELLATIONS
CancellationsaretobemadeinwritingtotheFunctionsCoordinator.Thedepositwillberefunded
ifthecancellationoccurswithintwoweekspriortothefunctiondate.ElysiumRestaurant&Bar
reservestherighttomove/cancelanyfunctionbookingduetocircumstancesbeyondourcontrol
suchasextremeweatheretc.
RESPONSIBLESERVICEOFALCOHOL
In accordance with the liquor act, Elysium Restaurant & Bar practice the responsible service of
alcohol and will refuse and eject any patron deemed to be intoxicated or displaying unruly
behavior.Allguestsovertheageof18yearsmustholdavalidformofidentification.
MUSICANDENTERTAINMENT
AsElysiumRestaurant&Barisalivemusicvenueandopentothepublic,wedonotpermitguests
toprovidetheirownmusicorotheraudioentertainment.Shouldyouwishtoemploytheservices
of a specific live music artist for your function please discuss this directly with our Functions
Coordinator.
