FLIR designed the K-Series from scratch; it is not an existing camera with a couple of
new bits here and there that we’re calling a firefighting camera, because firefighters
have specific demands and operate in conditions that are unique from any industrial
environment. A firefighting camera needs to be resistant to high temperatures,
water resistant, lightweight, and easy to control with gloves on. With our 50 years of
experience, and partnerships with firefighters around the world, we’re able to bring
you K-Series cameras with all of these useful features.

uBL810: NFPA approved. Meets NFPA 1801:2013 standard for thermal imaging

cameras that are used by firefighters focuses on three main areas: interoperability/
usability, image quality and durability.
uLightweight: Firefighters already need to carry a lot of heavy equipment, so the
K-Series only weighs 1,037 grams, including the battery

difficult conditions and at a distance
uEasy-to-Use: 3 large buttons. Operation is very straightforward and
the buttons are easy to manipulate, even when you’re wearing gloves.
uMultiple Image Modes: TI Basic, black and white fire fighting, search and
rescue, fire, heat detection
u Customization: Easily customize your K-Series camera to meet the needs of
your most common missions. You can even create your own start-up screen in
the FLIR Tools software that comes with every K-Series.
uIn-Camera Video Storage (BL798 only): Store up to 200 files (images or video clips).
Records up to 600 minutes in video in clips up to 5 minutes each.
uClear and Crisp Thermal Images: Detail-rich images at 320 x 240 pixels (BL798 & BL810)
and 240 x 180 pixels (BL797)
u Flexible Scene Enhancement: Details in the thermal image are enhanced through
digital image processing inside the camera. The result is an ultra-sharp thermal
image that shows more detail. FSX makes it easier for firefighters to find their way
in smoke-filled rooms.
u Easy to Upgrade: Can be upgraded online by downloading the latest firmware
updates, so users will never have to send their cameras back for routine upgrades

uFlame Test: Operates continually at temperatures between -20°C and
85°C (-2°F to 185°F) and can withstand exposure to as much as
+260°C (500°F) for up to 5 minutes

Argus ® 4 Thermal Imager
The Argus® 4 is the next generation of highly successful Argus® Thermal Imaging
Camera (TIC) from e2v. It uses an uncooled high-resolution 320x240 pixel,
Amorphous Silicon (ASI) Mirobolometer Detector. It is a robust, self-contained
camera, with fully automatic operation, and no control or adjustment is required in

Rescue Harness remains the most versatile, multiple-use harness in fire rescue. Used
by fire department rescue teams, USAR teams, helicopter crews, and wilderness SAR
teams, this extremely popular harness features multiple D-ring attachment points, and
our JackBack™ removable padding with breathable D3 cloth, which keeps shoulder
straps separated, and makes donning and doffing a breeze. The dorsal D-ring allows
adjustment for different size rescuers, but stays in place when loaded, greatly increasing comfort. The front waist D-ring allows a comfortable, stable sitting position for

Rapid Intervention Teams (RIT) face th most demanding and
extreme conditions during search operations. Overcoming

SMC Locking Rescue Carabiners
SMC Rescue Carabiners are state-of-the-art in steel rescue carabiners.
The D shape increases strength necessary for rescue situations. The locking
mechanism used on these carabiners locks on the gate, not on the body of the
carabiner. This allows you to tighten the knob, load the carabiner and not have
to retighten the knob. The large size has a gate opening of 1.12", adequate
to fit over the rail of a stokes litter. The X-Large size has an opening of 1.40"
and will fit standard 1.25" diameter ladder rung. The parts of these carabiners

Rescue Hauler 4:1 Pulley Device
This ingenious device combines a 3" double pulley with a
cam. The rope can move in only one direction when the cam is
engaged. It allows you to raise a load by pulling on the tail end
of the rope, releasing it, and getting another grip. The cam can
be released manually by pulling on the attached cord. The cam
is guaranteed for life. There are no hidden parts to this device,
facilitating minimal maintenance and easy inspection in the
field. The pulley sheaves and body of the Rescue Hauler
and matching pulley are anodized. The Rescue Hauler
accommodates rope sizes from 3/8" to 1/2". Maximum

The CON-SPACE Rescue Kit 1 with Power Talk Box is configured for
a team of five rescuers consisting of two primary rescuers, two
standby rescuers and a hole watch/team leader, for entries of 100'
(maximum distance 1500'). They system can be configured for up to
fourteen people using available modules and accessories. The
command module is battery-powered, compact and lightweight

and marked. This MAT-1 features a ribbed storage area for air
cylinders. There are also storage areas for power tools, ropes,
and EMS equipment. MAT-1 is expandable to meet the size of
any incident. Each MAT-1 panel is also sold separately and comes
standard with green and red which has “Full and Empty”. The two
yellow panels have “Power Tools and Hand Tools”. The two blue
sections have “EMS and Ropes” and the long middle section has
“Hooks” embroidered for long lasting markings. The sections are

Matjack's unique construction of four full layers of aramid fiber provide for a
lifting bag unequalled in strength and durability. All Matjack air lifting bags
are marked with a distinct white numbered, "bulls eye" for ease of centering

Twistlock Vehicle Stabilizer (TVS) system. The TVS is the answer for
a no assembly required system that responders can easily stabilize
a vehicle accident scene quickly and effectively. With the Twistlock
Collar just simply twist, extend, lock and the TVS can stabilize 10,000
lb. with a 2:1 safety factor at any height. No load charts needed.

The AUTOSTRUT is developed by firefighters for firefighters

extrication. The AUTOSTRUT system meets all of the vehicle
