Check in at the Adventure Centre in the Village Day Lodge.
This exciting evening event starts with an easy 1km snowshoe tour through beautifully snow covered
forest trails to our cozy winter camp, where a cookout around a roaring campfire awaits. The return
journey offers amazing views overlooking the village and allows participants to make fresh tracks of
their own. This is a truly magical experience that everyone can enjoy. Please dress in winter attire and
footwear.

9:00am Site Inspection #1: Nancy Greene’s Cahilty Lodge
A family oriented, condominium style hotel with rooms that can be combined in numerous ways to suit your party – most have
kitchens. On-site amenities include ski lockers, hot tubs, underground parking and a restaurant. The Cahilty is in an ideal ski-in
ski-out position, close to grocery and liquor store and a variety of restaurants and shops.
9:20am Site Inspection #2: Bear Country: Kookaburra Lodge
Bear Country specializes in the rental of high quality vacation accommodation and rentals at Sun Peaks Resort, British Columbia,
Canada. Choose from a wide variety of fully equipped condos, townhouses or chalets - from slope side mountain homes to
convenient apartments in the village core. From studio suites to 5 bedroom chalets, your Sun Peaks accommodation comes
equipped with all the amenities of home: full kitchen, washer/dryer, private garage plus private hot tubs!
9:40am Site Inspection #3: Sun Peaks Lodge
The newly renovated Sun Peaks Lodge, is a full service hotel, located in the heart of Sun Peaks Resort, with ski-in ski-out access,
just steps away from the 18-hole Golf Course and the chairlift for hiking and biking. There are forty-four tastefully decorated,
luxury and newly renovated rooms.
10:00am Site Inspection #4: Delta Sun Peaks Hotel
Rest in style with 220 rooms featuring Delta’s exclusive Sanctuary Beds© and continue the pampering with their ski valet and full
service health club featuring three enormous hot tubs and a heated outdoor pool overlooking the mountain base. Or stay in one of
41 fully equipped private Residences and which includes all the same services hotel. All Residences feature kitchens, dining
areas, in-suite laundry, balcony, private hot tub access, fireplaces and more.
10:20am Site Inspection #5: Hearthstone Lodge
A ski in ski out boutique style ski lodge located at the base of Mt. Tod, just minutes from the Sunburst Express Chairlift, the
Hearthstone Lodge offers a variety of room styles – studios, lofts, multi-room, and adjoining units to accommodate all types of
guests. All 70 condo-style units offer a convenience kitchen, gas fireplace, cable TV, and high speed internet access.
10:40am Site Inspection #6: Coast Sundance Lodge
The Coast Sundance Lodge is conveniently located within the village and offers a true ski-in ski-out location at the base of the
Sundance chair. Their rooms range from studio rooms with kitchenettes to 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with full kitchens and
include free Wi-Fi and local calls.

Reservation changes and cancellation are not accepted inside of 30 days of arrival. Reservations are

April 1st and April 3rd to 6th. The complimentary rooms are spread out through our different properties
with a limit at each. These will be booked at a first come first basis so please have a few preferences
for accommodation when you book. If the complimentary rooms at your preferred hotels have been
maxed they’re happy to offer you a 50% room rate for that night.
