OPTIONAL TOURS
1.‐ BARCELONA & THE CAMP NOU
Fully guided tour of the capital of Catalonia ‐ Barcelona. Barcelona has some unique monuments like the Sagrada
Familia and the gothic Cathedral and some of the most incredible modern architecture. Visit the Camp Nou
Stadium home of one of the top football teams in the world: Barcelona F.C. After the visit, free time to explore or do some shopping. Return to your resort Hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight.
2.‐ GIRONA & THE DALI MUSEUM AT FIGUERES
The Museum in the city of Figueres contains the broadest range of works spanning the artistic career of Salvador Dalí (1904‐1989), from his earliest artistic experiences and his surrealist creations down to the works of the last years of his life. After the visit, continue to Girona to visit the old city, with one of Europe’s oldest synagogues, and the Cathedral which has the widest Gothic nave in the world.
3.‐ BOAT TRIP TO XII CENTURY TOSSA DE MAR
Boat trip to Tossa de Mar to visit its XII century walled city. The boat sails through a cristal‐clear sea, right
along a most beautiful streach of coast
dotted with fine beaches and coves. 4.‐ PORT AVENTURA
America style theme park originally developed by Universal Studios in Europe. International shows performed by artists from all over the world, plus great high level entertainment for everyone. Ethnic shops and restaurants, amusement and surprises round every corner. An extraordinary day of fun for all the family.
5.‐ MEDIEVAL NIGHT
«Go medieval»…. for one night
and enjoy! On arrival at the Castle, the guests are welcomed in the Grand Hall by the Count and Countess... Once seated around the arena, a hearty dinner is served and, as in the Middle Ages, there will be no knives and forks! During dinner the knights will perform exhibitions of horsemanship, jousting, dueling and hand to hand fighting with swords, shields and maces... Dancing after dinner and a spectacular flamenco show round off the evening

One of the greatest water parks in Spain. Facilities include a Rafting River, Water Mountain, Speed Slides, Water Rapid, X/Treme Mountain and many more attractions for the
enjoyment of everyone.

ACCOMMODATION ‐ HOTELS
The hotels are located in the town of Lloret de Mar and vicinity, at approx., one hour from the city
of Barcelona. Accommodation: the group will be accommodated in twin or three‐bedded rooms on
request (Pls. note 3‐bedded rooms are twin rooms with extra bed/beds). Services: all our hotels
feature at least a swimming pool, TV room, bar and cafeteria. All rooms are with bath en suite.
Meals: based on full‐board from dinner on arrival day to lunch on departure (can be changed to
suit your arrival/departure arrangements). All meals are served mostly buffet‐style in the hotel
where you are staying. Depending on the times of matches it may sometime be necessary to have
to order a box‐lunch from the hotel the day before in lieu of your hotel meal.
IMPORTANT: On arrival, the Hotel will request a mandatory deposit of €15,00 per person in the
group. This is a guarantee against possible damages to Hotel property that any member of the
group might cause. The deposit will be reimbursed on departure after the completion of a routine
check.
ASSISTANCE
A committee, specialized in sport events oversees the organization of your
stay. A bilingual assistant will be at hand to assist your team during your stay.
TRANSPORTATION
When you choose your flight to Spain, BARCELONA and GIRONA are the
closest international airports to the towns of Lloret de Mar, Blanes and
Malgrat/Santa Susanna where the hotels and tournament venues are. ( 1
hour and 15 minutes from Barcelona). We can arrange airport transfers and
general transportation within Spain on request. See price chart.
NOTE: The registered teams undertake to participate in these sports
competition at their own risk and decline to take any action whatsoever
against the organizers and/or Sports Contact International, including any
claims for personal injuries, damages to property, loss or theft. Prices do NOT
include insurance. We recommend you buy your own insurance.

FRIENDLY MATCHES & TRAINING
Sport Contact International has been designing and organizing custom made football tours in Spain
since 1992. Each trip is carefully planned with you in mind following your precise requirements in order

matches. We cater for all age-groups from vets, seniors and youth -down to under nines. These tours
can be customized to add training sessions, sightseeing and even additional destinations and matches
throughout Spain.
Our location, just a short distance from the famous city of Barcelona, gives you the opportunity to visit
one of the world's most famous clubs, Barcelona F.C., and, in season, take in a professional match.
Additional activities for your team such as the Water Park, Marineland, Port Aventura Theme Park, visits

Teams and fans will be able to stay in hotels with a wide range of facilities, including swimming pools, in

GENERAL INFORMATION
TOURNAMENT PRICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES
Tournament programme with a minimum of 3 matches per team; tournament presentation and awards ceremony with trophies for qualified teams; hotel accommodation with full board (breakfast, lunch & dinner daily); multilingual assistance throughout stay and 1 person free of charge per every 25 paying. (Person 26th
is free)
PLEASE NOTE: Water of any kind ‐mineral or otherwise‐ is not included during the meals. Mineral water can be included for €2,00 per person per day (two meals) Teams of less than 20 persons will pay a supplement of €35.‐ per person below 20 (example: in a team with only 15 persons, a supplement of 5 x €35,00 will be added to the final price). REGISTRATION FEE: €100,00 per team
PRIVATE EXCURSIONS & GROUP TOURS to Barcelona FC's Stadium, Barcelona City Tours, Port Aventura Theme Park, Marineland, Water Parks etc., can be booked in advance through our office. We will quote special rates based on group size.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS: A deposit of €1000,00 and €100,00 registration fee per team is due 10 days after our confirmation. By 15th Jan., 30% of total must be paid; balance is due 30 days before arrival.
HOTEL DEPOSITS: Hotels will request a deposit of approximately €15,00 per person on arrival. The deposit is a guaranty for any possible damages to the hotel property and it will reimbursed on departure.
CHILDREN: Up to 3 years are free; from 3 to 8 years 40% discount; In all cases children must share room with two fully paying persons to qualify for the discount.
INSURANCE: The registered teams undertake to participate in the sports competitions at their own risk and decline to take any action whatsoever against the organizers and/or Sports Contact International, including any claims for personal injuries, damages to property, loss or theft. Prices do NOT include insurance. Players and participants are advised to subscribe an insurance policy to cover risks.
PRICES: Our prices include current IVA (Spanish VAT ‐ Value Added Tax) on 4 July 2013. Any increase in IVA rates in Spain would automatically increase our price list accordingly. Should such increase be introduced, you would be informed immediately.
TOURIST TAX The following rates, distinguishing between the area of the city of Barcelona and the rest of Catalonia, are established, except in the case of 5‐star hotels, luxury hotels of which the amount remains the same: Barcelona city Rest of Catalonia

The maximum fee corresponds to 7 overnight stays per person. The following are exempt from the application of this tax:
a) Accommodations subsidized by social programmes of a public administration of any Member State of the European Union.
b) Persons aged 16 years or less.
This tax will be paid directly to the hotel by the persons using the accommodation.
