Excellent Spray Coverage
The combination of rotating spray arms for overall
coverage and individual spindle jets for delivery of
wash solution to the interior of each glassware piece
ensures excellent cleaning results. Solution spray is
circulated using powerful pumps of “Tri-clover”
sanitary design.
Process Control and Validation
Our washers use Allen-Bradley PLC controllers to
monitor all temperatures, cycle times and conductivity
levels throughout the wash and rinse process.
Allen-Bradley processors and electrical components are
known worldwide for dependability. Up to six cycles
can be preset
for easy
operation.
Each cycle can
be customized
to include the
correct
number of
wash and
rinse steps
required.
Chemical
injection, pH
adjustment
and alarm
signals can be
added to the individual cycles as needed. Our
controllers hold cycle data for reporting to a printer or
to a stand alone PC hard-drive for retrieval at a later
date, if needed.
cGMP Construction
Scientek washers are built with all the construction
features you expect to see in a cGMP unit. Cabinet
material of 316 stainless steel finished to a fine
polish, radius corners, sloped interiors, no exposed
threads and easy to clean debris filters are all
included. Our attention to detail and workmanship
adds years to the life of the washer. We also have
an established network of service support
throughout North America, Western Europe and
the Asian Pacific countries. Our mechanical and
electrical systems are planned for quick
troubleshooting and repair.

Piping and Hardware Designed to
cGMP Standards
Each washer’s circulatory piping system is designed to include polished piping, tri-clover fittings, flow meters, conductivity meters, pH
meters and temperature sensors, as required to ensure perfect results. Since Scientek builds washers on an individual basis, each unit
can be configured to maximize workflow within available space. We
also position the washer’s components for convenient operation and
service access.
Optional Convection Air Drying
Scientek’s engineers have designed a drying system that circulates heated air in a forceful convection pattern for
superior drying. Some accessory racks allow forced air circulation through the manifold loading racks to speed up the
drying process
