Festival Highlights
Our annual gastronomical festival in the Delaware Valley, the Philadelphia Festival
of Food, Wine, and Spirits–will be held October 17-19, 2014 in Valley Forge. This
three day event will feature the many award-winning wineries from around the world,
including three days of celebrity chef demonstrations, wine tastings, food from the
best restaurants in the region, and food centric exhibits. The event will be held at the
Valley Forge Casino Resort.
Following are specific details about the event:

Our guests in 2014 include Chef Rocco Dispirito, host of Food Network’s Restaurant
Divided, plus cooking shows on Bravo, and a best selling author. Chef Nicholas
Elmi, winner of Bravo’s Top Chef in 2014 will also be demonstrating for our attendees. Tara Nurin who is the Epikur Writer of the Year will be providing an expert
voice on beer and ales. Plus many, many, many others

attend Philadelphia Festival of Food, Wine, and Spirits
annually in addition to the more than 7.5 million households reached through our projected advertising and public relations effort. Entertainment sponsors will be mentioned in all advertising material as follows: Philadelphia

Celebrity Chef Stage Sponsor - $10,000
Our past chefs have included Robert Irvine, Paula Deen,
and Guy Fieri. This will give you the opportunity to have
these chefs cook on your product, talk about your product.
This will include all stage signage and marketing materials.
Hospitality Area Sponsor - $10,000
Sponsorship of the Hospitality Area puts your company
front and center with our top givers and political movers.
This will be the “place to be” and features amenities not
found elsewhere in the festival along with the best seats in
the house!
“Man Cave” Sponsorship – $10,000—Sold
You would be providing cocktails samples at an separate,
branded area at the festival where attendees will be able
to relax a little bit, catch up on the latest scores with HD
TV, and sample some great food by some great chefs.
Sponsorship of the Festival website puts your company
in front of our extensive website traffic.
Green Sponsor – 1 Available - $5,000
The Philadelphia Festival of Food, Wine, and Spirits is
taking further initiatives to make the event more environmentally positive by instituting several new green
policies and programs aimed at reducing the amount of
waste generated. Biodegradable plates, utensils and
cups are used throughout the event and a complete
recycling program has been initiated to help with all
other waste. Be a part of this exciting new initiative.
Lifestyle Pavilion Sponsor - $5,000
Depending upon the size of the space rented the Philadelphia Festival of Food, Wine, and Spirits offers consumer Lifestyle Pavilions to companies to display products or services, inform an upscale public about your
services or offer sampling opportunities for your products. These locations will be located in high traffic areas throughout the festival site.
Health & Wellness Sponsor – 4 Available - $5,000
Help with the production of the Health Kick that will be
added to this years Festival – banners will promote
your company in the Health & Wellness area. You are
also invited to provide one more classes and/or demonstrations of Kickboxing, Yoga, Zumba and more.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.
Eligible Exhibits: Food and wine related organizations, including food specialty companies, wineries and distributors, restaurants & delis, cookware manufacturers, coffee suppliers, microbreweries, fine dinnerware producers, specialty beverages, and kitchen equipment firms. Non-related products are also
eligible, but are subject to the sole determination of One Step Events
2.
Space Reservations: will be accepted upon receipt of a signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit. Payment must be made in full by August 1st,
2014. One Step Events shall endeavor to assign both space consistent to Exhibitor's wishes, subject to availability. However, One Step Events reserves
the right, in its sole discretion, to assign or therefor reassign booth spaces in accordance with the effectiveness of the show as a whole. Exhibitor shall not
assign or sub-lease their booth space to any person or entity.
3.
Care of Exhibits: Exhibitors are responsible for the orderly presentation of their booth and for cleaning within their booth space, which may require purchasing housekeeping (e.g. vacuuming, etc.) from the Valley Forge Casino Resort. All tables must be skirted with floor-length, flame-proofed material that
is pleated or gathered

Staffing/Attendance: Exhibitors must have their displays set up by 2:00 pm, Friday, October 17, 2014. Booths must be staffed during all show hours; in no
instance can a booth be left unattended. No booth will be dismantled before the official close of the show at 4 p.m., Sunday, October 19, 2014. If a booth
is vacated prior to the show's closing, exhibitor will be charged an additional $1000. All booths must be moved out no later than 11 p.m. on October 19,
2014. NO EXCEPTIONS.
5.
Signage/Demonstrations: Only professionally typeset signs will be allowed; no “homemade” or hand lettered signs. No mechanical devices or other apparatuses can be noisy or interfere with other exhibitors. Mechanically-amplified demonstrations must be approved by the show producers.
6.
Booth Provisions: One Step Events will supply eight-foot high backdrapes; three-foot sidedrapes and rail; booth identification sign; one table with skirt, two
chairs, carpeting and a waste basket. Exhibitors are responsible for any additional material, equipment or labor needed in their areas, including additional
tables & chairs, electrical outlets and garbage cans. Exhibit booth packages and electricity can be ordered from us. Remaining services and equipment
may be ordered through the Valley Forge Casino Resort.
7.
Insurance and Liability: One Step Events assumes no risk and by the acceptance of this agreement, the Exhibitors expressly release the management of
and from any and all liabilities for any damage, injury or loss to any person or goods that may arise from the rental and occupations of space by Exhibitors,
and agree to hold and save the management harmless of and from any loss or damage by reason thereof. One Step Events assumes no responsibility
whatsoever for any property placed in the exhibition center and the management is hereby released and discharged from any and all liability from and
loss, injury or damages to persons or property that may be sustained while at the show.
8.
Decorations: All decorations must be of fireproof material, or be made fireproof by treatment with fireproofing liquid. No decorations may exceed above the
booth's 8' backdrop or 3' side wall. Exhibitors may not place any booth furnishings, etc. outside of assigned area. Show colors are burgandy and gray.
9.
Food Vendors: Must comply Montgomery County health department regulations concerning the storage, preparation and distribution of food items. Food
exhibitors must provide their own hand-washing station and supply booth workers with rubber gloves.
10.
Wine Vendors: All wine vendors must provide an inventory list of wines sampled. All wines sold in must comply with the PLCB rules.
11.
Trademark: The Philadelphia Festival of Food, Wine and Spirits is a registered trademark of One Step Events Any use of the event name or logo must be
approved by One Step Events
12.
Cancellation: If the show as presently scheduled is cancelled or rescheduled due in whole or part to any causes beyond the control of One Step Events,
One Step Events shall be entitled to 50% of all fees owed by Exhibitor, in order to cover PFFWS costs incurred in planning and staging the show. If show
is cancelled or rescheduled due solely to any cause within the control of One Step Events, One Step Events shall refund all monies paid by Exhibitor.
However, under no circumstances shall One Step Events be liable for any other costs of damages incurred by Exhibitor as a result of such cancellation or
rescheduling, regardless of whether due to cause(s) beyond or within One Step Events control.
