Cross Draft ST-CDF
In a cross draft spray booth, air enters the booth through front filter doors, and is drawn toward the
real wall, where it is exhausted through a central filter. The booth is designed to take advantage of the
basics without sacrificing quality.
Semi-Draft FB-SMD
The standard cross draft booth is modified to include a front ceiling intake air plenum, and solid entrance doors. Fresh air enters the booth through the ceiling intake, and is drawn toward the rear wall
of the booth, where it is readily exhausted. Fresh or heated air make-up can be added to this unit.
Side-Down Draft FB-SDD
This top of the line piece of equipment includes a full ceiling intake filter bank, lower side wall exhaust
plenums, and individual exhaust fans for air balancing. An intake air plenum and fresh air make-up fan
is included, or the option to add an engineered WELBILT or Mercury heated air system is available.
Easy to install with no concrete work needed, this booth comes complete, and drive thru doors are available.

HIGHLIGHTS
Fans & Motors: Turbine fans and high efficient American motors are built to provide many years of
trouble-free service and provide over 12,000 CFM airflow to achieve a quality finish. Optional variable
speed motor is available.
Grating: Heavy duty construction with Tons loading capacity
Lighting Fixture: Color corrected shadow-less lighting is engineered into each spray booth with the
use of all energy efficient 4 tubes fluorescent light fixtures. Hip lightings are positioned to create a
dome of light over the vehicle, and vertically mounted wall lightings surround the painter. Light fixtures
are pre-wired in each wall panel to cut down on installation cost, and ensure compliance with local
codes. The lighting fixtures' position and the quality are designed by our engineering team for its critical role for color matching.
Filtration: Ceiling filters are 99% efficient on 10 micron particles. Cleanable pre-filters reduce contamination of ceiling filter. Fiberglass floor and post exhausting extract filters are used for economy of exchange and maximum solvent removal.
Tri-fold doors or Rolling doors: Global-Spray booths are installed with an insulated, rubber gasket
sealed tri-fold door assembly with one (standard) or more (optional) personal doors and observation
windows. Optional drive through and rolling doors are also available.
Double Wall Panels: Double Wall with both interior & exterior powder coated white panels insulated
with rock wool, structured with tone and grove for long durability with 20 years limited warranty against

PAINT MIXING ROOMS
Constructed with double panel, solid interlock construction with durable powder coated finished. The
door is 3’ wide and is located on the front wall. It is sealed by closure in rubber compression gasket
and fitted with a tempered safety glass observation window. Each mixing room is equipped with two
overhead sealed 4-tube light fixture utilizing color corrected lighting for accurate color mixing and
matching. The air is drawn into the room, filtered and exhausted with a 1000 CFM fan and motor ensuring fresh air constantly circulating through the room. The mixing room meets NFPA 33 requirements (electrical, fire suppression, curb not included). Any size is available.

Our complete line of truck booths are designed with your high standards in mind. The booths are available in four airflow configurations: front flow, reverse flow, side downdraft, and full downdraft. With additional upgrade packages available, you can add heat and air make-up to fit all your paint curing
needs. Our booths are on the cutting edge of modern booth design. Instead of obsolete I-Beam construction, we utilize formed-steel J-Beam construction that is much lighter but also much stronger. Because of our CNC-controlled equipment, we also pre-punch each beam for nut and bolt assembly that

RETORQUE DIRECT SHAFT BOLTS TO FAN ASSEMBLIES (IF SO EQUIPPED).
RETORQUE MOTOR BOLTS TO BASE.
PERFORM LOAD TEST ON MOTORS TO DETERMINE DEGREE OF WEAR.
ADJUST (OR REPLACE IF WORN) BELT DRIVES TO FAN ASSEMBLIES (IF SO EQUIPPED).
INSPECT DAMPERS FOR PROPER ADJUSTMENT AND OPERATION.
INSPECT ELECTRO-PNEUMATIC VALVES AND PNEUMATIC PISTONS FOR PROPER OPERA
TION.
CHECK FOR PROPER OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT. SPRAY, PURGE, BAKE, AND COOLDOWN CYCLES.
CHECK FOR PROPER HEATING OPERATION AND TEMPERATURE RISE.
CHECK AND ADJUST FOR PROPER CABIN PRESSURE TO ENSURE CORRECT AIR FLOW.
INSPECT HEAT EXCHANGER FOR SIGNS OF WEAR (IF SO EQUIPPED).
