Finishing – or Offline production lines. The rotary cutter Unicut is a web tension machine and works either with Master or Slave mode with an electronically shaft. It fits for different kind of applications as
paper, film or card board.

Rotary cutter shear cut systems for across and longitudinal cuts
Machine is designed for 400m/min.
Individual servo drives for Infeed and cutting cylinder, in total 4 servo drives
Heated bearings for cutting cylinder
Web widths 520mm or 740mm – web direction left / right or right/ left
Two longitudinal cutting units; both units are independently adjustable during operation.
Two Infeed shafts - upper One with vacuum - vacuum width adjustable - set up by means of a hand
wheel during operation
- Cutting knifes either powder or hard metal blades for long lifetime
Longitudinal cutting units
Two individual, longitudinal cutting units working with shear cut technology.
The units are adjustable sidewise by means of a hand wheel during operation +/- 10mm. It's possible to do a longitudinal cut out between 3 up to 8mm
depending on substrates.
Operator Panel with Touch Screen
By means of a Touch Screen all necessary parameters as format, cutting
position, web tension etc. could be selected. The input zones are supported
by useful charts which guaranties an operator friendly handling. The touch
screen includes a diagnostic window for actual status of the cutter.
Shingle stream delivery
The cutting cylinder is followed by a vacuum table which is moving the
sheets between upper and lower flat belts. The shingle stream unit is equipped with a punching shaft and stop rollers to produce an accurate shingle
and is driven by an individual servo drive which allows an independent
shingle distance, adjustable during operation.
