On Saturday, December 15th Golfing Greys
had it’s First Annual Open House at Dave
Scinocca’s Brandon Winter Golf School .
Many people stopped by to hit some balls,
have a snack and find out more about what
is happening at Golfing Greys.

Spring
on the Way
Golfing Greys would like to thank all
our members and partners for their
patronage, and wish everyone the
very best for 2008.
2007 was our first year of operation,
and what a year it was! We started
in the middle of May with no partners and no members, we finished
the year with 136 members, 25 golf
course partners, 51 business partners, 4 corporate sponsors, 5 regional sponsors and a feature story in
the 2008 Golf Manitoba Journal
Magazine.
Our newest Corporate Sponsor is
Jazz Golf. We will be offering special pricing on all Jazz Golf clubs

The website will be updated in time
for the Golf Manitoba Journal article, and will have many new features.
We have added Triple 7 Tours of Portage la Prairie to our growing list of

Our new partner, Triple ‘7' Tours, will be
taking a bus for 26 Golfing Greys Members round-trip from Brandon to Pinawa for a
day of golf.

This will be the first of many GG Golf Tours
that we will be organizing in the coming
months. We will also be putting together
some trips to the U.S.A., so look on the
website for more information.
As the weather begins to warm, and
thoughts of golf begin to enter our minds,
we are excited to announce that Golf
Manitoba Journal (Golf Manitoba’s annual
publication) will be running an article
about Golfing Greys in their 2008 Issue.

Look for a major update to our website as
the spring approaches. To coincide with
the ad for Brandon Winter Fair, the new
website will have major changes and
upgrades in design and information.
A Visit To A Winnipeg Partner
Dave and John had a chance to dine at
Buccacino’s Cucina Italiana in Winnipeg in
the fall, and were delighted with their visit.
They highly recommend this partner, as the
character, staff, service and most of all the food, were all fantastic. The Sicilian
Chocolate Cake was to die for!
Buccacino’s staff were very pleasant and
eager to have our members visit their location. Be sure to check out Buccacino’s
when in Winnipeg.

Yorkton Golf Course Joins Golfing Greys
At the beginning of the new year, Golfing
Greys was were excited to learn that Deer
Park Municipal Golf Club in Yorkton was
joining us. We welcome the expansion
into Saskatchewan and the addition of
Deer Park to our growing list of courses.
From the pictures and online reviews of
the course - it looks fantastic! It will be a
great road-trip for our members and we
hope to add an area hotel, some restaurants and some shopping very soon.
Situated just minutes west of Yorkton on
Highway # 52 and on rolling, heavily wooded terrain is a beautiful setting any golfer
can enjoy. Deer Park is one of Saskatchewan’s top-ranked 18 hole championship
golf courses with water, sand and multiple
tee areas that compliment the already
challenging terrain. Available to help you
enjoy your golf experience are a full service driving range, rental equipment, electric power carts and a fully stocked pro
shop with CPGA Professionals. The course
also offers a lounge, restaurant, concession
and beverage cart services for the golfing
