To sign up for the group of your choice, just write the group number (the number in red) of the group in the space provided on the back of your connection card. This is a group for women to pray and be encouraged to move toward a more healthy lifestyle. A time of prayer and circuit training held at Justin’s house every Friday night. Mondays (MON 02) College “Hands in Ministry” 7:00pm Manchester Some “hands-on” puppet training for those interested in using their gifts for puppet ministry. Involves preparing, building, physical development, & sharing! Break negative thought patterns, control irrational feelings, and break out of the bondage of sinful behavior. Join our young adult group as we walk through the Book of Matthew together, and explore the life and deeds of Jesus from the first-hand perspective of the Gospel writer. We alternate between meeting at “Snickerdoodles” in Hampstead and “Mugshots” in the Westminster Town Mall. Middle School students will bond with their peers & leaders through engaging questions, hands-on experiences, and friendships that will guide them in the journey built around Jesus. (WED 06) Youth “Breaking Free” 10:00am Crosswind Remove obstacles that hinder freedom by identifying spiritual strongholds in your life, and overcome them through the truth of God's Word--truth that will set us free. No childcare. A study group for women whose spouses do not attend church and/or have not committed their lives to the Lord. Our first meeting will be March 2, and will meet every other week. (WED 05) Youth [Paula Burton] Remove obstacles that hinder freedom by identifying spiritual strongholds in your life, and overcome them through the truth of God's Word--truth that will set us free. Childcare provided. This is a 6-8 week study in which we will discuss the various people in the Bible that experienced a “restoration” in their lives and how we can gain practical lessons to apply to our lives. (WED 04) Women’s “Mom & Me” 11:00am TBD A play group for moms and their little ones. Come join us as we do some fun things around the community while sharing in each other’s lives. Location will change each week. If you want to understand what it means to be a part of Crosswind Church, this is the starter group for you! This is a fast paced experience of only six weeks that is filled with great ways to get you started on your spiritual journey. A supply list will be given out at the first session.
