FROM LOS ANGELES: East on San Bernardino Freeway (10) to the city of Pomona and exit at Fairplex Drive. Turn left
on Fairplex Drive and proceed to the Fairplex grounds. Or, exit at White Avenue and turn left and proceed to
grounds.
FROM SAN BERNARDINO: West on San Bernardino Freeway (10) to city of Pomona. Exit at Garey Avenue. Turn left
and go underneath freeway to McKinley Avenue and turn right. Continue on McKinley to Fairplex. Or, continue on
freeway to Fairplex Drive.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Buyer’s Fee: $150 up to $1000—15.5% on $1000 & over, 15.5% on all M/J/Bill of Sale only lots; 10.5% Buyer’s Fee on San Bernardino County
Units, 7.5% Buyer’s Fees on DGS Units, Gate Release Fee: $75 on all regular lots — $15 on all M/J/Bill of Sale only lots; Sales tax, Smog fees & DMV fees will also be added
upon awarded bid, all DMV fees are estimated. Registration requirements: CA DL or ID,
Out-of-state/country license will require a $500 cash deposit upon registration. Late
fees will be applied to late payments on purchases bought. Our auction is open to the public. Complete payment is required in cash or one of the following guaranteed funds:
Traveler’s Checks, Money Orders and/or Bank Certified checks. Company or personal checks will ONLY be accepted if accompanied by a current bank letter of guarantee addressed to “US Auctions”, guaranteeing or honoring payment of that particular check up to a certain amount, letter of guarantee MUST be received in the main office one (1)
