Work Experience
Technology Support Technician, Radford University, Radford, Virginia: 2009 – present (Intermittently)
During my time working at Radford, I personally developed signal flow wiring diagrams for
every audiovisual system on campus. I worked on a team of 5, installing Crestron Digital Media
equipment, and other technologies, building state of the art high-definition classrooms. I
developed a strong knowledge of how to maintain a large inventory of technology and also
developed a strong understanding of the engineering and analysis of complex audiovisual
systems. Furthermore, I developed the ability to manage projects and workers on my own.
Lead Installation Technician, Lee Hartman & Sons, Roanoke, Virginia:
March 2011 – April 2012
As a lead technician at Lee Hartman & Sons, I demonstrated a strong ability to meet deadlines,
motivate workers, bring the best out of my team, and communicate professionally with clients,
delivering flawless complex audiovisual installations on time and under budget.
Installation Technician, Whitlock, Richmond, Virginia:
August 2010 – March 2011
At Whitlock, I demonstrated the ability to learn quickly, work efficiently, follow the direction of
my superiors, and deliver quality audiovisual installations to the client.
