that is seamless all the way through the backsplash. Each variety
is offered with or without built-in drainboards on one or both

There are three different Dry Waste Chute models to meet various
installation requirements. For all three models, the top lifts up for
emptying the trash receptacle. The top also lifts off completely for
more thorough cleaning.
C-DW-15L
The C-DW-12 is designed for mounting between two adjacent
pieces of Choice underbar.
The C-DW-15L and C-DW-15R include a left or right side and
leg set, respectively, for mounting to just one piece of Choice underbar.

There are three different Clip-On Dry Waste Rail models to meet
various installation requirements. For all three versions, the dry
waste chute portion easily lifts off for thorough cleaning.
The C-DWR-S is 5ʺ deep front-to-back and designed to align with
adjacent equipment that has a single speed rail.
The C-DWR-D model is 10ʺ deep front-to-back and designed to
align with adjacent equipment that has a double speed rail. The
C-DWR-D has a speed rail step in the back with the dry waste
chute at the front.
The C-DWR-C model is designed to clip to another speed rail and
adds 5ʺ to the front-to-back depth.

With the Choice Modular Bar Die, underbar equipment is
mounted to and supported on the bar die. All the underbar
equipment is pre-assembled and mounted to the bar die at the
factory, then broken down into shippable sections. Installation
of the bar die is very simple - easier than a conventional style
underbar with a millwork bar die. The result is a beautiful,
innovative underbar line up that is sealed to the floor, stainless
from floor to bar top, eliminates all underbar leg sets, and hides
the soda, beer, electrical, and plumbing lines.
Model number C-MD-41 Choice modular bar die has an overall
height of 41″, which provides the appropriate overall height for
most bar applications. However, some interior designs require an
extra thick bar top, so Choice modular bar die is also available
with an overall height of 38″. See model C-MD-38.
