Bath tubs
Self-supporting Glasfibre/polyester construction without any supporting metal parts. Wall-thickness throughout 6-10 mm with laminated
thermo-insulation layer. Absolutely acid and mineral resistant color coating, also perfect for extreme bathing additives. Completely closed
bottom plate with static function, 8–15 mm thick. 4 outside panells, each removeable separately. The glasfibre material is manufactured
by automatic injection or vacuum process.

Manufactured by automatic injection or vacuum process. Laminat layer material VIAPAL-VUP 4568 BT. Color coating

VIAPAL-GELCOAT 931 B. Powder bounded textile glas mat 225 bis 300 g/m with10 tex. Thermal treatment in dry chamber
12 h at 50° C.
Individuals Colors
Our tubs are available in all RAL-colors.
Fittings
Highest quality brand names (Grohe ,KWC, etc) are used. All with stainless steel inside bodies. Grips and bodies isolated. Piping made
of copper or approved high-pressure hoses.
Pumps
Six-gears Full-PVC pumps, TÜV- and GS approved. Power 200 l/min, 230 / 400 Volt. Complete pump piping in PVC. Connections
via high-pressure hoses.
Metal parts
High-quality, thick-sided steel profiles. All connections welded.
Surfaces
All metal parts are grease-reduced by automatic immerse system, anti-rust treated, with high-quality materials electro-static powder-coated,
temperature 240° C, polished surface, scratch-resistant, easy to clean and to disinfect.
Service
All BEKA-Models are made according to the modular construction system. All fixed abd moveable parts can be replaced easily and without
any special tools. This guarantees easy maintenance.
