Attach the 4 legs (heavy wall
tubing to the back of the
highbanker).

For a quickie cleanup, lift the
dredge tray and turn it so it rests
across the Highbanker. This is to
allow access to the Highbanker
punch hole screen and black rib
mat. Wash the moss and black
ribbed mat into the pan.

Set the header box assembly
onto the rear of the highbaner
using the 4 Phillips screws.

Attach the header box support
legs, with PVC support bracket
as shown (use picture as
example).

The thumb screw releases the
punch hole screen for a quickie
clean up.

The dredge tray is slid forward
just enough to catch the water
flow off of the water diverter.

Attach the PVC assembly with
the two unions, as shown.

Attach the PVC assembly bracket
with the two Phillips screws.

Place the dredge tray on top of
the cross bars of the lower riffle
tray.

Attach the 10’ long, 2” suction
nozzle hose to the header box
barbed hose fitting and the pressure
hose to the PVC manifold.

Attach the garden hose and the
pin lug hose fitting onto the PVC
assembly.

Swing the punch hole screen
hold down lever into position.

Reattach the garden hose and
whip hose to the PVC manifold.

Assembly
Reattach the PVC manifold bracket.

Remove the two screws from the
cover plate.

Reattach the PVC ball valve onto
the bottom of the PVC dredge
manifold then screw the PVC
union to the PVC union together.

Remove the two plastic plugs
and mount the small water
diverter with the two Phillips
screws. This diverter feeds the
dredge tray.

Place the barbed hose fitting as
shown, attach with two screws.

Remove PVC Highbanker
manifold bracket, and unscrew
the two PVC unions.

Then unscrew the lower ball
valve from PVC manifold.
