There is still a lot of confusion in the world as a
whole. Still too much information for what any
individual might need in their life.
We have worked on an exceptional colour
palette…positive, happy…some strong colours,
others softer…but all with clarity in mind.

We find that with great colours we are encouraged
to avoid over complication in styling. So please
take a look at our superbly fitting pieces which can
be worn with ease and comfort, with colours which
make you both feel and look good.

knitting professionals, any purchase becomes a
unique investment for many years.
Spirit of the Andes is a small British company,
which has been working for over 20 years with the
very best artisan knitters of Peru and Bolivia. The
textile skill in this region dates back for thousands
of years and has combined with the rare natural
fibres found there in Alpaca and Pima Cotton.
Ingenuity and innovation have kept these skills
alive through the centuries translating into today's
finest knitwear.
Working hand in hand with our suppliers,
combining our skills, and sharing the same values,
we all feel that a beautiful garment should have a
beautiful history in its making.
Spirit of the Andes produces 50 new unique
colours each season, catching the trends, whilst
respecting various skin tones.
Each season we design and produce rare pieces of
knitwear, real limited editions, many of them with
less than 90 pieces to sell worldwide.
In this day of mass production and cheap 'throw
away' products, it might be refreshing to find
unique high quality clothing, produced in tens
rather than thousands.
We don't think that you would ever consider our
garments 'throw away', rather you may be
encouraged to build your own collection of Spirit of
the Andes designs. Rare pieces with enduring quality
and good looks never really go out of style.
